    Ingredients:

    3 eggs
    1 cup soaked oats
    Sea salt and pepper
    Garlic and onion powder
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    Directions:
    Blend everything until smooth
    Use nonstick pan
    Spread it fully around the pan
    Cook for a couple of minutes
    Flip and cook another side
