    Thank you coach for being so generous with your knowledge. I would love to be able to witness the fascial dissection you are able to be involved with. I suspect this H30 water gel, someday we will be able to see it dynamically working inside the fascial chain.

    The big thing I noticed after Training fascia for 6 months is the difference in energy levels
    I travel a lot I used to be very tired at the end of it ( I used to train body weight High rep and was building muscles) ,
    But now I have a lot of energy left in the tank I am 21 and I never felt it before

    Coach i have questions
    For example: if i do towels cruls on Monday and then should I take rest on Tuesday should i do other exercises like marble excercise or should i take complete rest on Tuesday?

    One thing to be noted is weight lifting never made anyone better
    For example skinny Ronaldo and LeBron james was Far better than muscular Ronaldo and james ' they was already a eite athletes from fascia connection
