    Hello, what is your opinion on toe spacers? I’m interested in looking into this kind of fascia training. I often have pain on the sides of my feet during basketball from planting feet and jumping.

    In regards to your 3 basic HFT exercises, when performing the "Gait Cycle" exercise, should we perform it with a marble between our toes or without the marble?

    Is it normal when you are done with HFT exercises to sometimes feel a slight cramp in the arch of the foot if you flex it?

    does training fascia put stress to the cns in general?

    • @pigparty293
      @pigparty293 7 місяців тому

      nerves are embedded in fascia, thus training fascia would stress the cns - but hyperarch fascia training is low stress compared to say sprinting

    So much is missing in this video when it covers China. The Han dynasty had an Olympics which had footraces and not just kungfu but quennsberry rules boxing. They also had in the Song dynasty Stone lock weightlifting and invented cujo, a game similar to soccer. Gymnastics and acrobatics are a part of their ancient culture. Research and re do the documentary please.

    So far I have surmised on my end that there can no way be a thing called autophogy because it doesn’t make sense that the body go into self-destruction before going into self-defense, therefore the ‘self-canabalizing’ myth must go away. But when the body finds itself carrying more weight vs less energy, then it disposes of muscle, uses it as fuel, energy converts to energy, and the fascia stays the same. The fascia then is an element of in itself which is built by the dynamics of movement rather than weight training because ‘you can be too fast for your speed’, that’s why people get hurt but it’s not the muscles fault but the lack of fascia but you can have great muscles 💪 but no fascia to support, that’s why long term arm wrestlers constantly and consistently can beat body builders!! 😇😇😇😇😇😇😇
