    Omg! I was wondering why I could never get into the spike position, I was curving around after the block, it's so simple and I can't believe I was making that mistake.
    Also the HOP, that's a nice tip! I damaged my ankles and I was always running around but conscious about them when turning to be in a spike position, but the hop enables me to be faster and to be in a less dangerous position. Love it mate!

    Hi Coach Donny. Thank you for helping my team. I've been using multiple of your instructional videos and I prep my team for their first match tomorrow. Majority of the team is new to Vball so the clear breakdown of the fundamentals is super helpful. Blessings

    Hello Coach Donny! I'm the team captain of a newly created volleyball team in high school. Due to the lack of experienced coaches for volleyball we've been struggling how to improve ourselves correctly. However, ever since finding your channel things have turned pretty well for us, and that is why I want to tell you that we're deeply grateful for your help! Right now I want to support my team as best as I can, so I have a request. Could you please make a video about how to be a good volleyball team captain? It would help me a lot! Thank you!

    • @brooke.nelson
      @brooke.nelson 7 років тому

      Elevate Yourself it's when a spiker pushes the ball against the opponents block and physically wipes the ball out of bounds. I guess it's kind of like a tool but you can easily mess up by hitting it too high

      Why not? Unless he's tall and plays in a lower net, plus a high vertical , which can be controlled, I don't see why he shouldnt' overhand set

      Takamichi Soares because it's illegal to set inside the ten foot line if your a backrow player unless you're a setter
