I didn't really experiment with it so that might be the reason why I didn't feel the difference, because it might have gradually come over a longer period of time. Or I'm simply just not able to consciously be aware of that.
However I know for a fact that I have changed drastically over the last half a year or so and it all seemed to have begun at around no-nut-November if I recall correctly. I am very happy that I joined in midway through November since I was definately a heavy PMO addict since my childhood.

Earlier this year I was on a week lasting school trip to a foreign city. We slept in a room with five guys so logically, I didn’t PMO during that week. The last day we were sitting in the bus to go to the airport. The other four guys sat next to each other and since all the other guys were kinda losers, I sat alone. A lot of the girls were sitting at the back of the bus and when they saw me sitting alone, they invited me to come sit with them. I'm on nofap since 7 days now. I know it's early to say, but I was frustrated because I didn't felt any change. I exercised, I studied online courses, still felt shitty. I "expected" that nofap will automatically make me feel better. I was wrong. I recognized that i am not addicted to porn and masturbation. And it's true, I'm addicted to this. It's like, I'm addicted to sadness. Seriously, My time goes in searching this on internet than watching porn.
I take nofap as not only getting rid of porn but other toxic contents on internet and toxic habits which we have. I deleted Instagram because it made me anxious and I'm trying to spend my free time away from mobile as much as I can, so that even if I'm feeling low, I'll not make myself get stuck in that negative loop. When I do nofap hardmode, I also feel uninterested in girls just like the same way that girl is showing her dislike towards you but can say that it is not intentional. Like if a beautiful girl comes and say something foolish or silly I really ignore it instead of finding time in correcting her which she might be doing intentionally to had a conservation with me.... but during the hardmode nofap I really just half smile and ignore her completely that I haven't even heard her. I think it is actually the sexual dullness which is happening during nofap hardmode which is doing this change in me. When some of her friends inform me that I was rude then only I realize about it. so I really think that it is not the women attraction which is happening but our lack of interest towards women making a difference here..

I see a couple of guys arguing here that NoFap doesn't do anything. If they mean chemically in the head and body, I think I have to agree. However, I believe that when a guy is not ejaculating by choice, he will have more confidence. Not ejaculating, by choice, makes him carry this knowledge about his willpower and actual willpower into his daily life, which makes him have more confidence. It's this confidence, which women can sense, that makes a man doing NoFap more attractive than that same man not doing NoFap. Of course, this situation is different for everyone, though I believe doing NoFap can have a powerful effect on a man's daily life.

It's nice to see NoFap is giving you that turnaround in women attraction. Just a thought though. I believe you when you said that you think it was semen retention that made pretty women feel attraction for you, approached you, and treated you differently. Yet, I would also believe your looks helped you get that attraction also. You actually have the good looks of manliness and maturity that a lot of women like. @Captain Sinbad ... You are spot on and totally right on this subject.... Whatever is going on I can tell you it totally works. Be it hormones, pheromones, something etherial, some divine reward, testosterone, or simply the way our reaction to women is different when retaining, it definitely works. I remember my most memorable experience like that was. Even after I slimemd down and went to a gym for like more than a year, and then for various circumstances I had to quit for like 2 months, and I wasnt even in my top shape, although I cycled for a few hours every other day or even every day... And then one day I became interested to track down my ex from like 11 years ago. Around that exact day or even earlier, I just decided to refrain my self, and it was one of those times it just flows and you dont miss it at all and it just goes so easy and you have a routine and a clear goal. And so after around the 20th day ...I found out there is going to be a Metallica event in a bar where my ex used to go and could very likely be there.. I decided to go there that night at any cost. even though the place was a "den of heathen", which I wasnt used to, never went there... everyone was a biker or a wiccan and full of hot rock and goth chicks.. it was a pretty small bar actually but over 300 people crammed.. and I just happen to be sardinized between 2 pairs around my age or a bit younger... The music ewas so loud.. way too loud for me, but the atmosphere was kinda right, and the people around me so chilled out and friendly taht I could totalyl relax and be in the moment with them even though at the time I suffered from severe social anxiety... And then this girlfriend of one of the guys around me pretty much.. "noticed" me big time... kept looking at me, kept seeking my attention and checking if Im looking at her and kept smiling at me and checking if Im "getting it" .. Her bf was busy dancing and drawing some stuff and she looked kinda bored.. so we looked at each other kinda... in "that way". she was like. giving me signs... and staring at me ion a way like....it looked like she is into older and more mature and more serious guys... She kinda saw that I also outgrew that whole thing, and that Im only there for.. "more mature stuff" and not so much for the band. Then she started getting closer, talking more to me, taking initiative to talk to me on her own, getting really close and telling stuff to my ear.. not just because it was so loud but because she also wanted to. Then she even shared her beer with me....even though I didnt really want do drink much cause I had to drive..... Then later some even older guy took her attention.. but hey..... that evening. there was that spark.. that kind of "knowing" in her eyes...
Later I introduced my self a bit better to her remaining 2 friends and her bf, she was in another part of the venue with that older guy, , passed there, parted with her, then found her on FB just by her name.. She instantly added me, shared me some stuff she is interested in... and we are still talking in a pretty friendly way ;) .. Boy did she have that kind of young scratchy "loosing pitch" kind of memorable unique voice that night! .. That was something... its not much but..... worth every day of denying.. which didnt feel like denying at all... It actually makes me happiest ever when I dont miss that stuff... Im telling you... getting attention from girls in this kind of way...It totally outweighs anything! ;)
Oh and one more thing.... Those whole 21 days (I even used a habit building App called "21Days" at first...) I totally replaced my diet by completely ditching bread and replacing it mainly with cabbage and veggies and tons of fish, and vitamins (It was especially beneficial not only for my clear mind, being full of energy to cycle 25+ kilometers a day at least , but it also helped my ASD mind to sharpen and to interact with people and women much more naturally.. especially the effect of Sulforaphane was also one of the crucial factors) .. Oh and yes.... I did eventually track down my ex.. just a few days after..... and boy she was surprisingly happy to hear from me too.... because I expected some serious battle axes LOL
So the moral of the story is: NOFAP + SPOTLESS CLEAN EARS AT ALL TIMES! ... (ex used to lick them and bite them much hehehe.. my fav ;)
Oh.... and one more thing... when I was in the gym.... after a few months of going to the gym and cycling and swimming every other day. and eating healthy.... Im not sure how or what happened...and I was also on nofap then too..... I can swear I suddenly started to be able to sense different "female scents" of their private parts ;) Im totally not joking here... It struck me like.... what is that smell ??? Its not sweat, its not perfume. but each time a lady would sit next to me to train or pass by my at around one meter or a bit more.. I would instantly smell it, I was amazed, I felt so manly and like a wild animal.. it felt like I was a wolf man! And each one was different and I could easily differentiate them by it... It was insane! And it felt like totally normal like all men should be able to sense it.... that's how it felt to me, totally natural! cant wait to experience that thing again!
