Thanks for posting. I've just started watching your channel and you guys would make cool neighbors. Hey!, you've probably read and heard this many times already......but, just keep aware of the hazards of getting under a bus with air suspension. Glad to see you had it on blocks. Stay safe and keep posting!
Are you sure it’s not the drive boot for the blower leaking? I always prefill the filter before I reinstall it. Nice job!! The rack needs to be run on it to synchronize the fuel control rods.
My 8v71 takes 7 gallons, to get to midway up the dipstick. But like you, I've learned to run my oil at only about a quarter full on the dipstick otherwise it quickly burns off. On the other hand, my oil pressure improves as i keep adding more oil. It's gotten so I can look at my oil pressure & know how much oil is in my engine. Just curious, how much was that Delvac oil a gallon?
Looks like Summit doesn’t have it for sale at the moment, but it was around $12-15/gal I believe. Free shipping. On the FB groups it comes up and they do a sale.
Yes. I should do an update. Still working great! On the 5g mifi now. Looking to get a 5g nighthawk possibly for antenna support. Otherwise I’ll go starlink.
Curious about how much you’re leaking. My mc7 is dumping about a gallon every hour and forty five minutes on the highway. Don’t know for sure if it’s my main seal, but I do suspect. I also know my blower is leaking at various points. Hoping to pull that at some point and replacing those seals, maybe I’ll get lucky.

It could be, I know that is leaking as well.

Watched your Calyx review from 3 years ago. Do you still use it? Upgraded to T-Mobile 5G?

That’s bad… I lose about 1 gal per 1000-700 miles. I run mine on the lower part of the dip stick. If you run at F it will blow it out.
I might try that running at lower end and see what happens. Hopefully not locking up engine.@@HimmelbergerBus
