The kamote rider run because he knows he has a fake license 🤣
That's what I'm thinking. He probably knew the enforcers would spot the license as a fake, so he decided to run instead.
MMDA, di dapat meron civil case yang fake (intentional) license?
Sana dito din sa parañaque sa valley 1 san antonio ave. magclearing kayo
The Government just MUST control the peons!! Fine the peons! Fine them MORE! Impound their vehicles! Make them pay MORE!!
I wonder when will the Filipino motorists learn to be disciplined and follow traffic laws?
No, they won’t. It’s part of the culture to be undisciplined and break the laws😂Funny thing is, these motorists follow the traffic laws when they drive in foreign countries. So sad.
@@barbaraescuela60 whether there is a proper infrastructure or not, motorists still have to carry a real driver’s license, wear an approved helmet and wear appropriate shoes to operate a motorcycle.
dati dun samin sa may bitoon, pinalapad nga yung sidewalk, ginawan naman ng karenderia.. tas paradahan ng sasakyan. ewan ngayon kung wala na kasi matagal na din ako di nakakauwi dun..
when driving with fake license --- "the penalty is a fine of ₱3,000 and a ban from applying for a legitimate one for one year. In addition, the vehicle the fake license holder is driving when caught may also be impounded"
Yes Mr Gadget this is how some / most drivers are very hardheaded must increase penalties don’t you think so? They know it but playing ignorant 😴😂🤩
Idk whats hard about wearing a helmet
Wearing a helmet keeps you safe, but it also makes you look cool and also acts like a privacy for your face
Lakihan na ang pulta cguro..
Kung malapit lang , bakit hindi maglakad?
