How did they end up working? Thinking about those for my Chevelle. I am a little confused on how to adjust them so that you can pop them before opening the main hood latch.
Work great! No issues and I think the look is way better than the old school look. As far as the adjustment, I just found the spot where shutting the hood grabbed the hood pins and latch. Not sure if it is just the foxbody but I can just pull my hood release and walk to the front push the buttons. Then the safety catch.

You maybe could have tap the bottom pins to angle it straight.??
Yeah, you sometimes have to do "minor" adjusts with the thwacker!
So Im not the only one that cant find his tools?😂
