    The man on left to gene wilder is my father. He was so proud for this part. He always bragged how he came out in a movie with Harrison Ford and Gene Wilder. Sadden with his passing. Now dad you are in heaven with Gene Wilder.

    If we would all just "have a little fun, and not worry about what the neighbors think" the world would be a better place.

    From a time when actors could play any role and they didn't have to be that thing to play that thing. A time that needs to return. Frisco Kid one of my favourite movies - that no one has heard of.

      @@doublea6586 No doubt about it being underrated, and I wonder how many remember Clyde Cucatsu who played on M.A.S.H. "Oh God" and many other movies, lines "hey you funny sounding fellow" "you funny looking fellow" "you gonna get rosssst! But the scene that had the most impact was when they were in the restaurant and the Rabbi said, "I don't know anything about god! I was gonna let my best friend die, while I was trying to save a book!" anyone who doesn't see the powerful message there isn't aware of the obvious.

      It perhaps depends on which Yiddish dialect he spoke... I suppose there were several different pronouncing variations.

    • @Meirstein
      @Meirstein 3 роки тому +2

      @@barneydenstad2148 There are. Most Yiddish speakers in the US are Hasids, who come largely from the Galicia area of southern Poland and western Ukraine. Because of this, they are called Galitzianers. Because Galician Yiddish is the most common in the US, many Yiddish learning programs, especially less formal ones online, will utilize it. Their Yiddish differs from YIVO standard or Klal Yiddish in several ways, one of which being the pronunciation of the number 5, which is finef in Galician Yiddish and finf in Standard Yiddish, which I have since been working to adopt.
      Funnily enough, there is a third Yiddish dialect that can be found in the movie Blazing Saddles spoken by Mel Brook's Indian chief character. Since Mel Brook's dad's side of the family came from Gdansk, he speaks Polish Yiddish. This variant has significant vowel differences from standard Yiddish, pronouncing the double yud, which is an "ey" sound in Klal as an "ay," and a vav which makes a long U sound in Standard as a long E or a short I.

    The Promised Coming of The Messiah is in all Humanity's Bood Memory;
    1. The Cherokee Prophet Wasi/Hasi who told us of Yowah/Yah The Triune Creator Who sometimes came to Earth in Human form to visit and speak to People, The Creation in seven days, The Evil One/Ski'na; Uya/Uyaga, The Fall via a snake, The Great Flood, The Dispersion of Nations from a multi-ethnic Mediterranean civilization with tall buildings that ended in a great cataclysm, The Last Judgment-in which the world would end by fire-that The Righteous would go to be with Yowah/Yah in heaven the wicked to a lake of fire, established our Priesthood with white robes lined with blue, gave us a Moral Code similar to The Mosaic Law, a Thirteen phased Ritual calender, and a Holy Ark; All but paralleling Genesis and Exodus
    The Cherokee also say Yowah/Yah sent us spirit messengers to tell us about Christmas and Easter, and when Europeans arrived they found us wearing multicolored stone crosses which are found naturally throughout The Smokey Mountains, and correlate to the various Human pigmentations.
    Yowah/Yah also told a young man among us to wipe out the evil Mound Builder or Mayan ani'ku'ta'ni priesthood for practicing witchcraft, idolatry, astrology, Human sacrifice, sex slavery, extortion, animistic transcendental mediation between "Yowah/Yah" and Humanity, and oppressing us.
    Note; I am NOT saying we're Jews-We're too old genetically and have been in America too long for that-I'm saying God has not left Himself without a witness, but has revealed His invisible qualities so that ALL People are without excuse(In this case a Stone Age Pre-Abrahamic version of this).
