“The life of a baitfish must suck” 👈 Facts! Lmao I’m in Mamaroneck NY and tons of bunker are in the bays and I was just thinking the same thing. I said “man it must suck being bunker” 😂😂🎣
Jonny, big fan! question: when you say they have the sea lice {now, during fall}, what do you mean? They have already traveled? Coming back from travel? Spring sea lice, I understand, but now Im confused. Awesome vid, as usual. Thanks!
Thanks for watching man! And yea typically they pick up sea lice during long migrations so I’m thinking that these fish were from further north and are heading on their way down south
was out this past week around around newport......should have went around the corner.....havent caught so many undersized bottom fish in my life LOL great video man
Good stuff brother. You mind me asking what day this was? I’m in the extreme western Long Island Sound by The Bronx. We just started seeing another wave of tons of bunker, big blues and stripers. Besides some drizzle we are warming up temp wise this week.
Random question Jonny, when you launch how do you prevent water from getting in your boots? Or are you not stepping into the water deep enough to worry about that?
So nice to see an American kayak fishing
15:00 - - say hello to Jay Leno!

Great video. And you're right, you wouldn't want to come back as a bait fish.
That would not be a fun existence haha
Would you consider putting the dates you went out? Als9 HI jonny

When did you shoot the video? Hoping there are still some fish around. I have to check the marine forecast.
