Thanks Gail! A few questions re: my ENA Micro 9. 1) Do you know where I can get the machine’s default settings (ex.: water hardness etc.) // 2. During the 6 years I’ve had my machine, it has never prompted me to do a C-Clean. Can you tell me how often I should do this particular cleaning procedure? Thanks. David

O wanted to change the filter. P pressed program model. I got to the "filter" model and pressed it. The "yes" came out and I pressed it. Then "OK" came out and I pressed it and nothing happened. I do not know what I should do next to change the filter.
