Can you force the Ena Micro 90 into the descaling mode or do you need to be prompted?
yes but you have to deactivate the filter if ones installed (in the program menu)
How did you activate descaling mode
@@mjoogh11 first deactivate filter in the machine, then in the rinse menu scroll thru options and you will see descale options.
