Hi. I did it exactly same and nothing happened after I put back water filter
When you change the filter, that red icon should go away if it doesn’t try turning it off and turning it back on again
That's a nice video. How often do you change your filter out? Is it a matter of time? Or how many shots you pull? I just hope it's not that excessive
I think I bought this filter on Amazon. It’s probably around 160 cups give or take Machine tells you want to change it.
@@TomLeeman Hey Tom, did you ever figure out why your grinder "red" light was on??? Were your beans too oily? what bean do you use?

Did anyone ever tell you why you get that grinder icon? Are you using Starbucks coffee? Is it too early? If you have to fix a filter every two weeks that sounds ridiculously too much
The Grindr icon comes up after you’ve used about 160 cups what they want you to do is clean the machine with those round balls that they give you. I made a video on how to do that it’s a little complicated and then I read the ingredients and they’re very caustic but you can watch the video and check it out. Thanks for watching.
You have to clean the machine and for that you need special pods from Jura.

Do you have to use that filter? Could I just filter the water myself and then pour it in? Because that seems like a pain in the butt
They make you use their equipment the machine will give you a symbol telling you to replace that filter about every 160 cups
