A different Paul Chetter Class 08 sound project.

Welcome to another video of The Alesmead Project.
This video is all about the second Paul Chetter Class 08 Sound project for the later Dapol model which doesn't have the central top light.
This project has a few extra functions that the other one does not contain which allows the operator to get that extra feeling of sitting it the cab while the Driver and Shunter communicate during marshalling wagons.
I try to show off what this project has to offer and although you will not see much movement I talk through the functions. My original plan for this video was to have more moving around the depot in real time but I quickly found it to difficult to film, operate and narrate by myself and settled for what you see.
Maybe in a later video when I have operators, I will try this format again and have some action instead of just me talking and doing a basic shunt movement.

Gotta love the sound of a gronk. I think I have a Paul Chetter in one and a Biffo in another, both came with sound. Been a while since I had a play with them.

Sounds good. I'm glad I'm not the only one who has difficulty filming and operating at the same time. It invariably results in some finely honed invective which I then need to edit out, I must have a sensitive F key😉

My gronk is running TTS....I sold 4 locos to pay for TWO Esu fitted units...
Rather have a few quality units than 300 bags of bolts!😁😁
