All types of music flourished in the 90's. We were listening to dance hall, rap, grunge, alternative....it was ALL good.
You didn't mention it but 90s country is the best country too
It wasn't all good... but i blocked a lot of that out ;)
Hell, even swing and ska came back.
We were in such a better place in the 90's, today so many things suck.
When u really sit and think about it, the # of instant classics that dropped during the 90's in every genre is just wild to remember..
When this song came on at a party back in the day, if you weren't jumping up and down, beer spilllin' everywhere, people laughing, then somethin' was wrong!!😂😂😂🤟🤟🤟
apsolutly :)
So true !!
👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾🎉🎉🎉🎉🤟🤟🤟🤟
M
That poor sip of beer that could have been drunk though.....
This song was played at every party in the 90s... No matter what genre you listened to, you had this in your catalog.
You know it!!!the best time.
facts
facts. I'm a metalhead but was still on my playlist. Everyone loved this song
i.e. parties were better in the 90s than today.
They blast this at almost every sporting event at some point. The main dude Everlast had a hit in a completely different genre with What It's Like
Whitey Ford
The Dj. Lethal.. is also Limp Bizkit's spinner
And I guarantee you you may not remember it but I do it was used in a Pringles commercial with the face of the Pringles guy singing the lyrics
Watch the video of this being played at a Wisconsin home game. Whole crowd singing and jumping - it's epic!
The University of Wisconsin made it famous and did it first back in the 1990's.
Cypress Hill, is also a good hip hop group from the 90's.
Tequila sunrise
Rock superstar
A to the K
Phunky Feel one
Dr Greenthumb ! Hits from the bong !
back when parties were actually lit, miss them days
people werent looking down at their cell phones when this song first came out
@@trevorvaughan8100naw we jumping acting crazy no cell phone lol…
Everlast doesn't get enough love. That man still makes fire music. Check out "Ends", "I Get By", "Little Miss America", "Weakness", "Heartbeat", "Letters From The Garden Of Stone", or " Friday the 13th". All 🔥🔥🔥 tracks.
Everlast is a.... Quitter
@@allow-itman9749 hahahaha 😂
Check out his newer stuff. His new stuff is Warporn industries. It’s pretty good. ua-cam.com/video/eTBIaZmxrBA/v-deo.html
Some people will sell they muther......for the Ends 🎶 🎵
Definitely the Ends that’s a great song
I'd bet this song has burnt more calories, collectively, than any other song.
I'm from Norway and this got played on every party when I was young. Memories!
Im also from Norway, and this is factual lol
Facts.. This was everywhere..
Brunost gang!! 🤪‼️
I'm not from Norway.
Can verify this.
@@Danny_R_ Også kalt ganklabb.
This was THE JAM back in the day. Still gets me up and movin' on the dance floor.
90s were so freaking fire. Everlast, Cypress Hill & Beastie Boys don't get enough credit. Hell none of the music in 80s- 90s get enough credit.
🎯
Big number at some college football games. You should see tens of thousands of University of Wisconsin football fans jumping up and down to this.
💯 Wisconsin fans go crazy when they hear this! I think it’s one of the best college traditions out there, and I’m not even a Badger fan!! 💁🏻♀️
Badger fans REPRESENT! WAHOO! JUMP JUMP
Every high school basketball team played this during warmup’s…I’m surprise y’all haven’t heard before.
I CAN NOT explain to you how much this song changed the game, when it hit.
"I'll serve your ass like John Mcenroe" Best line in the song
Bro i was literally at that part
So true
This came out my freshman year in college and was EVERYWHERE. Even into the late 90's it STILL got people hype AF when it came on in a club or a party. It's one of those, "That's my shit!" type songs that everyone knew and got hyped for. And yes, people jumped during the "jump" part.
This that old School. Love it. Grew up on this .
Still played in some clubs in Iceland, everyone knows this song.
Still a banger...I can't really imagine a time in my life where I won't move to this.
This takes me back to being a teenager in the 90's and going on road trips with my family and listing to this album over and over again
This song makes me wanna be Irish, especially at St Patrick's day
I graduated in 1993... This song was played at every house party and club... Yes, everyone jumped around and it was a blast!
They play this between the 3rd and 4th quarter when Wisconsin has a home game. The whole stadium jumps around!!!
Not sure if you reacted to Eminem’s Quitter, but Everlast the lead rapper in House Of Pain is who Em’s dissing on that song.
I loved this song back in the day, and liked some stuff Everlast did, but he picked the wrong dude to get in a beef with in Eminem.
That was like trying to mug a guy in an alley and that guy turns out to be Mike Tyson and you get destroyed.
I remember when I was at a high school dance that was kinda quiet and tame. This song was fairly new at the time. They started playing Jump Around and the whole place went crazy and brought the atmosphere to life
Yeah, I was gonna say this sound is very much like Cypress Hill. "Hit's from the bong" "Insane in the membrane" "I wanna get high" and "Spark another owl" are some of their best songs.
That same beat was all over the place for a while
"Gimme Tha Loot" by Biggie, also "Shame on a N___a" by Wu-Tang
That's because DJ Muggs produced for both groups. DJ Muggs is still mad slept on
If you didn't start jumping up and down when this song came on at the house party or the club back then there was something wrong with you
You know this song was hitting it right from her smile!!! She always has her poker face on!
If you want more 90s hip-hop, check out Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch, Good Vibrations, Official video. 😂😂😂
Yup. Mark Wahlberg in the flesh yo..
hahaha ok
Eminem had a fued with the main rapper from House of pain who you heard here. His name is Everlast.
Real music will never die!!!
Dude, you gotta hear their track "Top o'the morning to you". It's an awsome little jam of theirs, "the Irish Stylin, the Celtic Jazz".
That song is a iconic hype song at sporting events. Mostly at college basketball games.
House of Pain was an American hip-hop trio who released three albums in the 1990s before lead rapper Everlast left to pursue a solo career. The group's name is a reference to the H. G. Wells novel The Island of Dr. Moreau, a reference carried further by the naming of their 2011 tour He Who Breaks the Law. The group is best known for its 1992 hit single "Jump Around", which reached number 3 in their native United States of America, number 6 in Ireland and number 8 in the United Kingdom. The group broke up in 1996 but returned in 2010, after the trio had been members of supergroup La Coka Nostra for several years.
American?are you mad?😂
2 years later, i come back to see y'all smile together. Same times, same smiles
Too cute
Seeing this live when Everlast did a reunion tour years ago, when this song started, the arena went stupid lol. Full band and everything
I remember for years after this came out, you couldn't go to ANY basketball game or house party w/o this getting played at least once. Every dance crew & DJ used it, even a Pringles commercial, lol. It was everywhere.
Best intro ever. Being in your early 20s in a club and that DEHHH, DEH, DEH, DEHHHHHHHHH hits. The place went wild
Everlast, Danny boy, and DJ Lethal. Amazing!!
Everlast had been around forever. He goes back to the eighties. He came up with Ice T's Rhyme Syndicate. Now he's doing the Whitey Ford thing and he reunited with House of Pain under the name Coka Nostra.
Loving your reactions :) I went to a nightclub on new years eve 1999 - this is what they played as we saw in the new millennium, the place went wild and we were all jumping along to it. Happy memories.
This is one of them classics that is in tons of movies, commercials, and video games and they blast this at every type of sports event to hype the crowd and team.
The singer is in Everlast. Check out "What it's Like"
~*OOoooo niceee re-act guyzzz... this is momma's jam hahah...back in the day.. muh best friends parents owned this bar and this song came on all 20 of us be out there jumpin...you heard those first 2 beats...we're like hell yessss...running to the dance floor...filled it up and people on side hahah...(big smilez) Those were the dayz for sure...good times.. fave song list for sure..thanks for reacting*~
Great reaction guys, this was definitely at every party I ever went to, and if you weren't moving when the song was playing, we would check for a pulse 😄 Would love you guys to react to another 2 rappers, that is not well known, from the same decade, and was quite a surprise to the rap/hip hop fans---one is a guy called SNOW, and the song is called Informer, and the second one is, Marky Mark & The Funky Bunch, and the song is called, Good Vibrations, I think you guys will enjoy them 🙂
This is the theme song for the Wisconsin Badgers Football Team. They built the stadium to be able to withstand over 80,000 people jumping in unicen. Look up "Randall Stadium Jump Around".
You have not fully lived the complete college football experience until you Jump Around at the end of the 3rd quarter in Madcity. It's wild! Go Badgers!!
React to “Marky Mark and the Funky bunch - Good Vibrations”!!!!!!!!!!!!
No, don't.
This song was ALWAYS played at house parties in the 90's!!
crazy how all these reaction videos on this song which was the bomb in the 90's... time changed stuff
This song was huge back in the day. You can't help but smile and bounce a bit. I think the Irish pipes are a cool mix with the beat. Nice reaction guys 🙂
No pipes in this, it's a horn sample
@@ragingpotato thanks Jim
The Goats " Not you're typical
American", Das EFX "They Want EFX" some old school gems
CYPRESS HILL...🔥🔥🔥
One of my favorite tracks since early childhood
This was a popular track back in the early 90's ..it got played alot at the teen clubs , young adult clubs, house parties & skating rinks .
Used to be the perfect last song in a bar before kicking out time, when we got last orders and then this would start and we'd all be jumping up n down with bottles of beer. Arh memories....
Yup, the days of dance consisted of just jumping up and around. That's exactly how we rolled lol. Got so drunk to this song many times. Especially after jetski racing. Oh ya!!
This beat and the song actually play during every NBA game at the arenas.
I'm from back in the day, and Irish, and believe me, this was our tune.
Use to bump this whole cd back in HS in the mid 90s
this girls gradual smile as the song progresses
Everyone hit the dance floor to jump up and down, good times!

Eminem redone this beat for calm down ft Busta
This was the party song for real I have a memory of some crazy stuff I did in highschool where this was literally playing in the background like it was a soundtrack lol
Hafta check out Wisconsin Badgers football entrance. The whole stadium getting down to this song. Pretty cool to see.
Party Block!!!!!😂 Dang bruv I saw you were a little slow to start bobbin your head when that bag pipe loop dropped in the beginning of the song..😂🥰..this vid brings a lot of memories flooding back...we still jump to it back here in the pacific..😊🤙💖🇵🇼.
Judgement night soundtrack was sweet, H.O.P ,Funkdobiest, cypress too good ,Salute to all the old school Heads✌ from New Zealand 🇳🇿🤘
another House of Pain banger, On Point... great video too
2:09 Ooops 😂
Great upload as always
Busta used parts of this for Calm Down with Eminem and there was even a remix with Everlast who is on the original. Love the reaction. Keep doing you. 🙌❤️
“Who’s the Man?” Is another House of Pain track to check out.
I still love this song. Brilliant
I like how you described as house party style. That's straight accurate.
A must play at a wedding reception!!

When I was in late elementary school, I used to play basketball at the courts across the street from my house. One day, as we were leaving the courts to go back home, these guys who were probably in their late teens or early twenties, pulled up to the basketball court in a Volkswagen Jetta and started busting out these sick ass moves and trick shots, and all of a sudden, Jump Around started blasting on their car amps, really loud. It was the most gangster thing I had seen up until that point in my life.
I was in high school, this was played at clubs and house parties. Good times
This song would start so many fights in the club on the dance floor
This got the party jammin..
My little sister bump this in my 1959 Impala. When we went cruising around with my son. Hitting switches.
that dude rappn is EverLast. he sings an plays guitar goes by whitey ford . whiteyford sings da blues is album check it out he still puts out music singing an playing a guitar its like a rap rock blues fusion kinda sound he created hits fierce bro check it out
This brings back memories when I was younger my best friend's brother would aways play this in his room and I didn't like it now I love the memory that comes with it lol x makes me smile
The 80s, hands down, best music. The sheer variety can’t be matched, stated to fade in the 90s onward
70s. Followed by 60s. Then maybe 80s.
That is the hip hop at its best!!!!!
I can tell by this kids head movement he would be a very effective and rhymic 'jumper' . He would totally have survived the carnage that went off when this came on back in the 90s.
Jump Around, Rapper's Delight, and Ice Ice Baby are 90's classics. Everybody new the words to these songs. You have to check out Ice Ice Baby by Vanilla Ice.
This beat is in soooooo many things!!!!
The singer of this group is called Everlast and has a dope song that was huge years later called “What its like” you need to react to it!
Busts & Eminem sampled it on their calm down song, great reaction
“It Takes Two”
Rob Base & DJ EZ Rock
🔥
The entire album is bad ass!
Im 43... Trust me back in the days, during partiies this song hit so fckn hard! Every godamn times
They've had this song play in movies such as Mrs. Doubtfire and Happy Gilmore.
hype song 100%
90s DJ friend: place is quiet
90s DJ: I know just the record
Listen alot to this song as a young teen, as a metalhead I get along very well with this song. You kind of want to riot some.
Can’t wait for the spm reactions
Come to Camp Randall stadium in Wisconsin and this makes seismic activity in Madison every game day after the 3rd quarter. Absolutely lit
