That was a great tutorial! The worst bruise I had was when I was maybe 12-13 years old. I was riding my bike and I ended up falling and the bike crushed against my inner right thigh. Like you, the bruise was the size of nearly my entire inner thigh. It took such a long time to completely go away. Great video!
The worst bruises I’ve gotten was bc of guard. We did dive roll tosses and there was a dark bruise all the way up my spine. And then today I fell off of the prop and my leg slide against the corner and it’s starting to get darker
I know I’m a year late but the my worst bruise was on my thigh when I got hit in the thigh by a like drive as a pitcher playing softball. I had that bruise for half the year and it didn’t look like it changed at all for the first 4 months lol
One time I was at my friends house and we were all downstairs watching a movie but we wanted our phones that we left upstairs so I went up and grabbed them and when I was comming back down her (really hot) older brother was just grtting out of the shower and he almost saw me fall down the entire flight of stairs and drop all the phones, and at that moment the worst part was seeing all of the phones fly down before me but after it happened I had the worst bruise on my arm, and it was all swollen and gross looking
Ouch! I can imagine how sore they would have been! The extra embarrassment of the cute audience is another level 🤪 It makes for a good story now that you’re ok 😂
We're doing a series of public service announcements regarding physical child abuse. Unfortunately, we don't have a huge budget so we need to do a lot of this ourselves. If you have any advice, we would be very appreciative!

Sounds sore! Remember you can try arnica gel or cream for bruises to speed up the healing 👍🏻
I can model for you. I am always covered in bruises. I even have a boob bruise. Lol
