Chocolate Thandai Gujia
Ingredients
For Gujia
1½ Cups all-purpose flour (maida)
3 tbsp powdered sugar
3 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
1 cup milk
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp vanilla essence
Water 50 ml
For Filling
Khoya - 250 gms
Sugar - 2-3 tbsp
For Thandai Masala
Almonds - ¼ cup
Cashew nuts - ¼ cup
Pista - ¼ cup
Fennel Seeds - 1½ tbsp
Peppercorns - 12nos
Watermelon seeds - 2 tbsp
Poppy Seeds - 2 tbsp
Cardamom - 10 nos
Dried Rose Petals - 4 tbsp
Saffron strands - a generous pinch
Nutmeg Powder - ½ tsp
Cinnamon Powder - ½ tsp
For Instant Thandai
Thandai Masala - 2 tbsp
Milk - 250ml
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Ice cubes - few
