JT or JE one makes a piston kit to make the r6 637 no need to use kaw pistons and no body runs a fresh engine that hard you need at least a 500 mile break in and several heat cycles
This is a 600cc and no one makes pistons the light there is no need for 500 mile just heat cycles and loaded pulls gets it done at 20% until the compression normalizes 220psi before 100% was used keep in mind the injection system is not stock so the base map would have washed the cylinder walls and it would be game over if we ran it for 500mile be for Dyno
How much of a pain would it be for me to swap a gen1 carb motor over to the EFI bike? Ima Lexus tech that builds engines so I’m somewhat capable of the work
Second pull tire spun
Sounds good man I can't wait to finish my 636 build
A 636 has a lot of potential
Is a wbsk 600cc pefomance yamaha they use the same power and some electronic pack

Just get a new bike. Keep the gen 1
Whats the price of a project like this?
Around 7k of engine work
4:18 heck yeah :D
