When you eat a lot of protein rich meals it really keeps you full for much longer

Do you take the yolk out because they don’t like it ? My toddler likes for me to make hard boiled eggs but doesn’t like the yolk lol I seen on Amazon that there’s a gadget where you put the egg and you spin it and it suppose to mix the yolk and egg whites together so when you boil it , it’s just one egg ball and no yolk
Yeah her and Ezra don’t like the yolk 😄 Oh what that’s sounds interesting! Maybe they’ll like that better 💛
