I wanted your opinion on this. Do you let them snack? Do you tell them no?
I not liz but I have the same situation & I tell my kids no. If they snack all day they wont eat their meals! It's so frustrating!
Same with mine!! And every mom I talk to they have the same problem too. Kids do need snacks and calories throughout the day. I try to just provide them healthy choices like yogurt apple sauce cheese sticks fruit etc.

@@christenr7365 me too. I've been setting timers for snack time and then let them pick 2 like an apple and cheese or something like that. I wish I had a solution for this. Because it really can take up your whole day!
