Erin, you'll probably never read this bc it's an "old" class, but I'd like you to know that I'm litterally crying with joy RN : quite injured, can't do yoga as I used to, and am obliged to modify a LOT, which is very frustrating. Twists and binds are my absolute types of poses. I have been able to do this class, without any modification, and with full expression of the poses. This feels SO GOOD in my body and in my mind. I'm tremendously grateful to you🙏🙏

Thank you so much for this wonderful class. It is one of the very best yoga experiences I’ve ever had, either live or in a digital space. It’s the most gentle and profound massage for my upper body, which I need so much. I carry ALL my tension in my upper back. This is gentle, yet a bit challenging - and deep.I feel like I’ve had a professional massage!
Thank you for this wonderful practice. It left me feeling calm and ready for the day. I loved hearing the howler monkeys in the background. Makes me realize how much I miss Costa Rica.❤
Thank you! I am (was!) very stiff from sitting ++ at my desk this week. This class helped a lot. I found the reminders to deep belly breathe VERY helpful (I needed them) and the deep belly breathing I could tell was just nourishing my body. Thank you, Erin.
Another gem: twists with monkeys sounds🐒 in the background. I find the way you explain the postures very clear, I normally wait to see the posture and then copy, but with your video I’m able to follow the instructions properly :)
I adore this class!! I've a shoulder/neck/chest pain from an old injury and I was very sore and tight everywhere, this is better than therapy, I feel brand new! Thank you Erin, namaste x

Erin...you do a wonderful job explaining clearly the positioning of each pose. I've been doing yoga for years and see now that I wasn't always getting the most benefit out of my stretches. Thank you for another great class!
