Love the Avenger. One of my fav tanks ever for the UK. It's fast, has a great gun, and people keep shooting the shutters and doing no damage.

Every episode of the serie, pick up a nation and BR and hop into battle with a SPECIFIC LINE-UP.
Explain why there is a good synergy btw these vehicles & general strategy to employ with those.
(Also, how it will help you tu grind, how to manage SP btw them,...) It would be nice.

haha, just checked thunder skill - if you divide leo2a5's wr by challenger 2's wr in RB, you get 5.4! Granted not many ppl play chally 2 for obvious reason so sample size may not be indicative or ppl just gave up at stockgrind.
The vehicle is very good tbh. The gun is amazing, the mobility is good, but the reverse gear and the lack of armor makes any escape impossible.
Having played it enough I found the best way to escape is spin the whole tank around and go forwards, much quicker than reverse and over long enough distances is quicker than other tanks just reversing
Like Jamie said, due to the neutral steering and the zoom just escape by turning around; The way i play is get to a position and clear EVERY threat nearby or die trying. Because the gun penetrates everything and has a good velocity it's really easy to play. Definetly deserves to be 5.0 in the hands of a great player

Pick a tech tree line and race to finish it, you have to get 5 kills with each vehicle to move on to the next. Up to you how you choose to do it, bring low tier into an uptier so you can move to the next vehicle in the same battle perhaps?

Also for a series I’d like to see you take out a specific tank and as you show gameplay etc you talk about the history behind the vehicle, heck not just tanks but even planes too. I know it’s something multiple other curators have already done but it would be interesting to see your take on it.

We play the game, we have all been there. Maybe we make a playlist called "The Grind" and you take out vehicles for each nation at the progressing tiers. I don't know necessarily about showcasing the OP tanks from 1.0, 2.3, etc etc or whatever, but maybe something more like "This tank is super fun, it will get you from this rank to this rank. This next tank is also super fun, this is how you can get to this rank" kind of thing. Some kind of series focused on helping get through the grind and have fun with it rather than feeling like they have to slog through the whole tech tree. There are those of us that will play this game no matter what, but I imagine getting into the game as a new player and seeing what there is, then realizing it will take you DAYS of playing to get to a tank you actually want to play can seem daunting and not worth it. Right now the answer of getting through a tech tree is "get premium" but it should really be "have fun". I think it would be an awesome series and might help newer people really get into War Thunder potentially.

I've recently started working on my German aircraft and noticed how much I'm enjoying the differences between each variant of the Bf.109.
Maybe as a series you could look at... well vehicle series. A "Series Series" if you will. Pick apart the differences between each variant and the evolution of a vehicles design, then decide you favorite/best for the BR.
I think a half track series would be cool
Late to the party but I'm fairly sure that top plate slides up on rails and extends the "curtain" leather to keep water out when fording creeks and rivers. See also the big flip down covers on the MG and comander sights
You should do a googly eyes mini-series, showcasing the tanks with the best faces :P

The Avenger was used during the desert campaign, the vents at the top of the turret were for allowing better airflow for the crew.

When I grinded in this thing, back when Brits got released, this tank would just blow up every single time it got shot, but with the new meta no armor best armour going to give it another go.

I grind long and hard the French tree (hello T1) to arrive at tanks that I can not go out under penalty of seeing the few credits that I melt.
I just can not play them, I would like, but I can not. I am bad luck in this game, a tank like the 40T = OS quickly and easily.
So keep your pathetic 'hoo boo' , hypocritical player of the 3 ultimates nation. I'm not the guy who whin the game in 40T and flank you.

I feel like it would be a real cool idea to make a series where you play out jets of planes and teach new players how to play them. you can show off ur sic skillz while showing more new people how to play vehicals. People get to learn how to play certain vehicals while watching and having fun.

Oh, the bravest tanks ever no reverse only forward "insert British Grenadier March here". I love those things especially Iron Duke IV I grinded whole British tech tree with it. Maybe not useful in close range but oh boy when you get long range maps APDS shreds through like a hot knife through butter, if you are lucky enough sometimes one shot Panther's from front plate easily.
The avenger and comet especially are extremely good now , avenger only got bad angled pen now tho.
Especially the comet now that baby reliably fucks panthers thru their front plate

Like the, German M48A2 G A2, Leopard A1A1 (L/44), American T95E1, Soviet T-55AM-1, French AMX-10RC and much more of spaghetti.
And we need more videos on Conway, AMX 30 BRENUS, AMX-40, AMX-50, Type 90, Conqueror etc ...
I was going to suggest the KV1B 756. It has a very weak turret, which is apparently modeled incorrectly. That lets it down. And the gun doesn't really cut it anymore above 5.0.
@phlyDaily play few rounds the way I play use Type 60 Sprg with hesh rounds and then Type 75 as backup then use the B5N2 naval bomber as the plane in the mission with the 800kg bomb most of the times i get totally ignored when im in the air for what ever reason and the lack of offencive guns makes you play a bit different also nothing more fun than drop a high tierish plane with your rear gunner

If you use N steer in the Cromwell /comet series of tanks you'll find it much faster than backing up
I think a fun one would be "Arseing About in Arcade:" literally just take some favorite vehicles of yours out into arcade battles and enjoy the chaos. I love the occasional arcade video that pops up and shows you just derping about. Silly, stupid, but entertaining nonetheless.
These cromwell-evolved tank and the avenger are my favorite tans to kill with my 85mm
if you're looking for a series, this video is a good place to start. "Britain suffers" ... highlight the British tree, where it's good (middle tiers), where it's not (top tier) and maybe do a video about APDS and the controversy surrounding it. I've not see anybody do a good video on how Gaijin took first-generation APDS statistics and applied to it all like rounds, improved or otherwise. Drink some tea, Phly ... it's good for you! ... in moderation.

It's a water skirt for crossing rivers and leaving landing craft.
Honestly... The thing attracts death and is one shotted in an instant in arcade. The 4.7 line up for the Brits (Avenger, Firefly and Churchill Mk7) is nothing but a curse for me. Especially since the new formula was put in that's nerfed a lot of 75mm AP rounds to only 90mm's of pen and in the case of the Churchill Mk7, it's top round still only gets 107 or so. You might have heavy armor, but for getting constantly up BR'ed to 5.7, there are a lot of things that can kill you. The Firefly is a sherman with a big gun running at 4.7 and the Avenger is a Cromwell with a 17 pounder basically. I get decimated.
I had to grind with this to get to the comet, pure Pain.
Tip if you aren’t sure if you’re looking at a tank fire your mg at it. The screen will pop up in the top right if actually is a tank

I shot through those blinds once with a Sd.Kfz (SPAA, not flak bus).... the one with the flak gun on the back and killed an Avenger. Don't ask me, I was just as surprised
Can you do a series of map analysis? Where are the good spots, good timings, spawn placement advantages, how to play different in different modes?

Attempt #21: Speaking about loving the unloved. The poor little Nashorn gets totaly overshadowed by the other open top tank destroyers in the german tree. Give it some love.
If the driver of an Avengers foot slipped off the pedal he would’ve single handily disabled the tank and give some engineers a headache as they try to get him out

Make a mini-series of the small, under-BRed, underdog vs. the Alpha top BRs. For example: Can you effectively run a Pz II H against 10.0s? Those are always fun to try
If it was a French Tonk a hand with a white flag would come out through the blinds but since it's British I guess two hands will come out, one holding the kettle and the other the tea.
I honestly don't know how you survived that first hit.
My experience of mid tier British is if something looks at you, you're basically dead.

Regarding Mapdesign (especially the Poland game) - too many Spawnzones are too wide open. The enemy shouldnt be allowed have a chance to shoot into the spawnzone - but in reality, they can do this out of cover / hulldown, while the team who spawned is often without any chance of hardcover. BTW: we need bigger maps for at least Rank 5-6. (Realistic / Simulator)
