      You also can't moralize love. Or idealize martyrdom. Appreciate second chances. There are many people who love those they no longer have a choice to be with and have to keep their distance for their own safety and/or sanity. But choosing to keep their distance doesn't make their love any less.

      I've heard this grom my psychologist recently. I was tolding about my life, problems and how I thought my interpretation was, according to some readings, some specialists I've watched talking about all those thing... and he instantly said that how I rationalize is a mechanism to be apart of processing emotions. It's how I kept them away from me...

    My partner used to be a very toxic person. For 5 years, he behaved in awful ways. I left in 2020. We maintained a distance and he willingly sought therapy, engaged with and completed over 3 months and I saw a huge change in him.
    We got back together in 2022. He’s been the most incredible life partner since. Truthfully.

    I'm 37. Been with my wife 22 years. She seen every raw emotion I can express. Shia and Jon really have this experience...What it's like to be in such a dark place & understand what a "real one" is. Cheers to both of them. I'm in a dark place right now, but I know I have a real one...There is a burden there...a weight you don't want anyone to bare for you. But they stand tall anyway.

      Im 22 and what I've learned recently is that a lack of compassion for yourself is the most difficult place to be in. We need to allow ourselves to be vulnerable with ourselves + others and not judge our emotions. When you feel so undeserving of a hand that you judge yourself for feeling those emotions and being in the state that you're in, is the moment in which you need others to offer you a wave of compassion and love the most. And in that way, we all strengthen each other.

    Met him at the check in of a Disney Cruise. He’s the most down to earth and friendly dude I’ve ever met. His wife is a sweetheart and their daughter is adorable. Love the self reflection. Nothing but respect. The man deserves the joy he’s experiencing and I’m stoked for him.

    Shia is one of those few famous people I feel like I grew up with personally. He was everywhere in my childhood, I hope he’s finding peace now, it ain’t easy getting there when your head ends up like his. No matter where you’re from or what you’ve been through, we all feel depression the same. Pain is pain. And we all need at least one person before we go insane. All love!

    I absolutely love this honest important conversation. Love this I went through addiction & alcoholism and I went on and kept going on the better path and Im so glad I gave this path a chance.     Shia’s a real one … definitely one of my favorite people. Love how vulnerable and transparent he is. I felt it when he said sometimes all a person needs is someone’s presence @4:40 . Life can feel very lonely sometimes.

    I think it’s hard for people to understand that there are things in our past that continue to affect us in the present. My husband had so much in past that haunted him, it caused so many problems with our lives, but I continued to try to understand and be there for him. Now 25 years later, I’m glad we made it through everything together ❤

    Watching his healing journey is truly a humbling experience. I don’t typically care about what an actor is experiencing off camera but this guy was just so special from the jump and his fall from grace was a gut punch! I have been pulling for him to win for years! I just wanted him to be one of those rare ones that goes through the gauntlet and comes out in the end, not unharmed but forever changed. He has an artist heart through and through and I just want all the best for him because I know he thinks he doesn’t deserve it but truly he does. Shia you are a special human! Never let yourself forget that. You have worked so hard for this life you have don’t squander it! You are brilliant! Keep in the straight and narrow and it will all pan out! 🖤
