It's such a bad practice and terrible influence on those that are inexperienced but also for the veteren fitness peeps. Before I made weight training as a focal part of workout routine, I was really puzzled by a comment on a pilates class saying that was more taxing than anything he’d done despite of being an avid weightlifter. Now, after a few months of regular weight training myself, and much much stronger than ever thanks to it, I finally get what he meant🤣 Thanks for making this part of the program🙏🏼

Fun and a bit challenging. Thanks for another great workout! Life update: I’m now down 3 sizes after almost 3 years of different diet and *daily* exercise (a lot of your routines, a lot of others’). My weight hasn’t changed in 2 years but the inches are steadily decreasing. And I ran 2 miles the other day without an issue. And I feel so much stronger and healthier. Thanks for being a huge part of getting me there!

Yay I waited for this. Woke up with a headache that won't go away so I am not gonna be able to do fast movements today. So I switch and do the pilates today. Hopefully I'll be able to crush the metcon tomorrow :D Or if not saturday.

Love this pirate session in between the other workouts. It gives my body the chance to stretch, do different movements & relax the body overall. Love these Heat, cuz it's still a challenging session ❤😊😊

This was a unique workout! I like how pilates makes your limbs feel longer and leaner, the light weights were a nice twist. I admit I had to put down the dumbbells the last few minutes because they were messing up my form and my body weight was enough resistance at that point. Did one of Heather's 10 min cardio finisher after...a solid workout for a Saturday ❤
So....sore from yesterday's metcon. A good sore. So that made todays session challenging but feel so good now. And I can now do those side tricep pushups so go me!!! 😅 Happy Friday everone! See you on Monday! Looking forward to.a couple of rest/yoga days! Thanks Heather! ❤
