The Snipe Life agreed to create four videos (three on UA-cam and one for Facebook ads) to promote TESTAMENT in exchange for one thousand three hundred dollars
Atticus did take it in that scene .. at the end he takes it from the river and then he goes back to his hiding spot and he wraps the dagger in cloth and tucks it in his belt.
That's right. When he is in the bush watching Jesus and John he pulls it out of his belt. And has it wrapped in a cloth.
@@marcietaylor1590 I saw that too! when he was watching the Baptizer walking away from Jesus
I remember that too.
I must of missed that I'll have to re-watch
Everyone else:
*goes through normal 1st Century life troubles
Simon the Zealot:
*living an Assassin's Creed game
Lady Marie is correct. He wraps it and tucks in into his belt. 100% he did take it.
I if recall correctly Aticus picked up the dagger wrapped in in cloth and put it inside his belt line.
Exactly. Which demonstrates why he's so good at being an elite spy. He lies when it suits him, and just enough to keep his prey engaged. He's such a fascinating character.
Hi Brandon! Please don't take it for granted that everyone watching your videos already know your introduction. Please slow down when you open up each video, so we all can appreciate the mission of your ministry.
I would call the show "Christian historical fiction". Whatever it is, I love it!!!
Alaa did a great job portraying the emotions!
Simon's acting in this scene is so phenomenal!!!
Before this I had no idea what a zelote is. This whole shows is showing me more to understand more . Thank you
And I look forward to your show as much as an episode
Atticus did take the dagger...but perhaps here he is just revealing that he knows where it was thrown. A bit later, he wrapped it and put it under his own belt (it looks like he was hiding in a tree)
"Creativity thru lens of Christianity"..brilliantly stated 👍
Thank you Brandon. It's fun to hear (and see!) you comment
Interesting.
20:10 Atticus wrapped the dagger in a cloth and tucked it into his belt
Atticus is obviously lying. Remember the scene with Jesse, Simon's brother? "You can trust me..."
There was a scene with Atticus wrapping the dagger in a cloth and tucking it in his belt
Wow, I never though about it like this! Thank you Snipe Life for these amazing explanations!
37:45 minutes into S2E5 Atticus wraps the dagger in a cloth and tucks it into his belt
He did keep the dagger. Watch that seen over again.
I think he called himself a zealot because he is one of those people that Jesus talked about needed to see a miracle to believe, so maybe Z thinks the order will need a miracle too
The commissioning of the 12 was so impactful because as a Seal 6 rapture believer, I understand completely what they are feeling as we too will need to be prepared to give our life. The choice to follow has real consequences. The time is coming soon that our faith will be put to the test.
@@timothybrogden9278 I’m not sure what you mean by ‘in the fray’. My comment was purely an expression of how this scene touched me personally. You do not need to agree nor need to respond with a harsh reply. If you believe otherwise, great, but please don’t disparage others comments as to the impact a scene had on them personally. (Sheila)
@@timothybrogden9278 what does any of your reply have to do with my original post?
My first time listening here. Really dig it.
Really good commentary and insightful.
Love the chosen and really like yours as well.
Hello Brandon.
Yes, Brandon, go back and look at episode 5 S2, Atticus wraps the dagger in cloth and tucks it in at his waist. What he's saying to Z is that Z left the dagger there at the river. Which means Atticus is lying to Z and doesn't want Z to know Atticus has it. Just like he could be lying about his interest in Jesus to get more information. Like he lied to Jesse after the healing so that he could get more info from him about Z. Good point you bring out that Z doesn't seem to know it was Atticus under the cloak and not the Roman official. That makes the distraction on the part of Z when he sees Jesse walking even more powerful.
I completely agree. Atticus is a skilled investigator. Lying is simply a tool to get information.
Another great job in your investigations here very good!
You explain it so well
watching replay.. I have to disagree... Atticus DID take the dagger.. go back and look. He wrapped a white cloth around it and put it in his belt area.
Hmmm wonder if one if those tent city folks is Mathias. Maybe the other Zealot or the fire people?
I'm not so sure he didn't notice the zealot. He was obviously on alert after that. And in his conversation with Atticus he mentions how he saw Atticus in the desert and at the gate. Did we think he noticed Atticus when we were watching those episodes?
Z is smart.
Incorrect Brandon, Atticus DID wrap the dagger in linen n tuck it into his belt at the end of the episode where Simon zee is called
22:41 On the other hand, this line came across to me as "lllustrative" rather "declarative"; more like, "I know what they're like 'cuz I've been there, and I'd do that... they'll be relentless... the won't stop no matter how long, no matter what it takes..." rather than, "I'm one (still) of them..." That's not to say, he could still grow more in faith as even with his experience, God always has a way around "that scenario" that he could learn to factor in.
He did practice that climbing lots though
My mom always told me that , Pick you Battles 🙂
Great speach! Enjoyed it. Thanks :) Did you use Loom screen+cam recorder for this?
I'm pretty sure he took his dagger because he gave it to Quintis I think
I don't have any money 😔🤗🙏,but I'm praying for y'all 🤍🕊️
No worries Nancy. Watching is enough! We appreciate you being here
