Great music and sweaty workout! I do have to tell myself to love being who I am. It's hard sometimes! I am 62, stomach not flat, former C-section (which is my battle scar), a few wrinkles, but I am doing even better than the average 62 year old

This was such a fun old school workout. I liked the tabatas that were in the middle to get the heart rate up and calorie boost. The music was great as well and I was singing along to some of the songs. Thank you Chris!

Wow I LOVED this the music was fab and the variety was great 45mins passed so quick this is my new favourite cardio … great workout and I managed to do every set of Jacks at full pace for the first time whoops whoop I will take that for the small wins ❤thank you as ever Chris you have changed my whole workout routines and ethos and I never ever get bored and never ever feel like not working out 6 days a week and that for me is also a first in my life ….
