Too old at 47 - no way! I am turning 74 in a few weeks and feel I'm in the best shape of my life. Thank you Chris for helping to keep me young at heart and body!
63 here and in the best shape of my life. strength training has been a game changer. I now consider cardio as my steady state post strength training as has been recommended for me. I don't feel like I have to get up into zone 4-5. I know that my body is working at its optimum in this steady state and I am invigorated post workout. You make this feel worth every ounce of energy that I put into it - and what I put into it, I get out of it.
Thanks Chris. I am 68 and also in better shape than ever. I lost 50 lbs over 14 years ago through diet, heavy weight training and your awesome step aerobics. And keeping it off. Who said it’s too late needs to follow your channel. Thank you for the modifications and constant encouragement ❤
Awesome workout! I love the mash ups, especially the kick boxing segment. I will be 60 this year and recently did a mix martial art by the name of Kajukenbo. I loved it! The kick boxing section of the is workout brought back fond memories. I followed this class up with the 25 minutes shoulders from this week. I will follow with some stretch and mobility later. So this is 54. For the last two weeks my left arm was tweaking, not sure why, not even sure what muscle. Now it's my right leg. Again, I dont know what I did or how it happened. So I really appreciate the low impact classes. I gravitate to pushing myself hard, and I like to have an option to still move, even while I'm partially resting. Your channel is the eclipse - the sun and the moon - it has everything.

I remember when I used to miss my early gym sessions years ago feeling dread that I would have to do it in the evening....I NEVER feel like that with Chris's workouts, only excitement that I have something good waiting for me at the afterparty..... I sweated buckets and managed mostly to keep it high impact, even the jacks...yay. thank you Chris.

Great way to work out the Kinks from leg day. I love how you keep educating us on working out with weights or strength training and it's not all about the cardio. I've heard it all before but it's always a good reminder, and there's usually a tidbit i haven't heard b4, I forget how quickly you see a difference when you use the weights, thx Chris. My giddy aunt, that made me puff! I really enjoyed it though and I was able to do full Jacks for the first time since my foot break in November. You are quite right Chris. Rest is important after an injury. It has taken me nearly 5 months to be able to do everything that I could do before but I have got there. Yes I have probably put a few pounds on but it will come off now I'm moving more. At least because of my strength I was able to use crutches easily. So if anyone out there is injured and worried about losing fitness, don't be. It comes back 😅

I am 67 and was diagnosed with osteoporosis 3 years ago because of a long time on high steroids… after doing Chris’s classes and eating a bit better I was told last year I was clear…. This is the kind of WO I’ve been looking for. During my 45 years of exercising I’ve run, tae bo, gym workouts, lifted weights and have not given up even after a knee injury in 2008, when it was recommended to switch to low impact WO. I was getting bored with the mild heart pumping WO. Thank you for this WO. I loved it. This will be my three day a WO at fast low impact. Really, thank you!
Really enjoyed this cardio one for a Monday morning. I’m 50 I wish I would have a listened to my older friends when I was even in my 30s to get into an exercise routine. Took me until my 40s to actually start something. I belonged to gyms and did group classes but I honestly have to say that I LOVE working out from home with your workouts. Thought I would struggle but now I wouldn’t do anything else! I workout in the mornings before work and I do strength days and cardio days. The only thing I need to incorporate is mobility now. I always stay and do the stretch and cool down after your workouts but I do need to work on my mobility. 😊 thanks for your workouts Chris! ❤️

I pushed myself to do all high impact movements while telling myself that the rewards will come later as a result.
