I use a 2500 for expedited delivery and it had 118k when I picked it up last April and has 252k now. I've been coast to coast, and top to bottom of the US and I've only had to replace tires, alternator and the climate control fan along with oil changes. I have the 4 liter V6 and going up steep mountains can be a task, especially with 1000 or more pounds in the back. With as many miles it has now, yes I trust it to go cross country and back again.
I hear ya man.! There is nothing suckyer than haveing to deal with some salesperson who knows about only a few cars and not a damn thing about the vehicle you want. My sales person was a woman. Even though she knew all about the sign the contract now speech she knew VERY little about the F250 I was looking at. Good thing I did my research before deciding what I wanted.
I’ve looked at many conversion vans and this is probably my favorite. Although, I don’t like the gas mileage, but all things considered…I do like it. We want it more for a glorified tent! At my age, I’m over setting up a tent in the rain.
@@mallorymcguire833 yes the V6 High top, but now I have it weighed down and it is only getting 20mpg, however with Covid I am getting 2 months per gallon!
Nice vans, but I would get rid of the two consoles in the middle. Do they come out easy? Can an NV be ordered without them? I want to be able to turn around to get in the back without exiting the vehicle.
Length of seat bottom? I'm 6'2" and need support in seat (reason I don't use GM is seats are too soft - my back & hips need a firmer seat). Appearance of vehicle - size, WB, interior bed space is apparently sufficient of bed long enough to be comfortable to a tall person. Noted black eye; next time remember your wife's birthday.
I've had a 2013 NV Cargo van since 2014, no high top, and only get around 12mpg on the freeway, 8-10mpg in the city. 16mpg for these vans would be *very* unusual.
Thanks for the video. It's unfortunate Nissan stopped production of these vans. This was the only tall van with a real truck suspension and V8 not the eurotrash stuff ford dodge mercedes uses. There is a 21 with 6k Miles on it listed for 65K right now wtf.

Nate knows his stuff about these Vans. I wish I had him for a salesman when I bought mine. Good video.

The sales guy seems like a cheerful fellow.
