    Tried allot of different things and none worked, being 6 years now 😐and you get demotivated from doing the same things and it does not seem to work, you added some extra exercised that I have not seen before, so I am definitely going to try your techniques and will report back. Thanks for sharing !

      Thanks for letting us know! We certainly understand getting demotivated and feeling like you aren't making progress. Every person, and every body, is unique and different. There really isn't a one size fits all approach to your health. That is why we believe in custom care for every patient. We check in regularly and adjust care often because what works for one person may not be effective for another. Certainly try out what we have provided here and let us know if it makes any difference. We have plenty more suggestions if you need something different.

    I can't believe these xercises' gave me quik relief' aftr suffering 10 mos of agonizing, excruciating pain' to my right Leg all day evry day! I shall practice these til I get Total relief' to normalcy. Thank yu Dr. Wong & God bls you...plz keep up the great wirk,,,,,yur the Anser to prayer!

    I just pulled my piriformis muscle during squat, may i know if it can heal on its own?

      It can heal on its own if it’s a muscle strain. If you want to heal faster I would recommend physical therapy.
