  • The Brooklyn Brothers show you how to make Braciole for Sunday gravy or sauce. This Pork Braciole recipe is a great compliment to Sunday Gravy. Braciole are an Italian meat dish of pork cutlets rolled up around herb and garlic stuffing, cooked in tomato sauce. Braciola can also be made with beef, or veal or chicken. They don't have to be cooked in the sauce, or stuffed. In fact, Braciole can refer to simple and plain pork chops as well.

    Sitting down at the family table for dinner is priceless. I think many of the problems in todays society can be solved by instilling these values. I love sunday dinner with an army of family and friends

    Another awesome dish on my hit list to make in June. Silly questions when you serve the braciole with toothpick, do you have to tell the guess that you have toothpick in them? And Chef Don need a t-shirt that says " Oh Yeah".😂😂

      When you guys are cooking gravy for over a hour. Do you have same rule in my household growing up whoever goes in the kitchen has to stir the gravy?

    I could taste it!!! I never made this with pork, only beef. I’ll have to try this. I have Italian friends that make it with pork skin. I put the same inside as yours but add raisins & pignoli nuts. My mother is from Naples & they put raisins in the meatballs as well. I love. Your channel!!

      My family was from Naples & we never added raisins or pignoli. Thought that was a Sicilian thing.
