Omg I’ve been making this dish for 45 years now and and never knew this was called Pork Milanese. My mother always just called it breaded pork chops. 😂😂😂 it’s my favorite way to eat pork! ❤❤❤❤

I made this 3 days ago and it was so good, they will be a regular in my house now,so delicious and cheap. I served it with a spring mix lettuce salad with tomaotes and black olives.
I made these for the first time. I scaled down and only made 3 chops. I cook a lot but not much with pork chops and these turned out excellent!!! Better than a restaurant!

Tried them tonight and they are really good, the only problem I had was purchase some pork tenderloin at Sam's Club and was too thick to get to a 1/4 of an inch, just 1/2 inch and when I fried them they went back to an inch thick. Next time wil get a pork tenderloin and cut them myself. They really are good tasting in a sandwich.

Just so you know as its mostly unknown....after crushing and cutting garlic, it should sit for 15 mins. A gut valuable enzime is created! Carter.... Canada
