I use glue dots, a chunky pen, parchment squares, washi tape for under stickers and canvas edges, an overhead adjustable lamp, my old standard large white pour-spout tray (despite all the gorgeous ones I've bought), my desk easel, my 12 EW trays, and the desk my husband made me which has a tray underneath the top that holds all my canvases flat, and holds a lot of them too. I need a new chair and I'm trying to pick one that will be comfortable for long periods of time. I sat here nodding as you explained all your choices since I agree with just about every single one. Thanks for always teaching and providing such good info.

Oh this is a great video. Have started using the glue dots and it is the best. Also, the release paper has made it so much easier. Have several friends now using them as well. So thank you for introducing us to these items. I also use the Elizabeth Ward containers and they are great to use even with arthritis. Also enjoy the bottles/suitcase ones as well. Live in my 5th wheel RV so really don't have a lot of space. Once we move back east will be getting a tilting / adjustable table and really nice chair. Love your videos. Thank you for all that you do. Oh also, yes to the better pens!

I found a spout similar to yours for the bottles on amazon and absolutely it is the best thing ever! I took a hiatus from diamond painting and have returned once again, so some things have been brand new to me even though I've diamond painted before. I recently purchased the A2 light pad and I love it. if you do larger paintings it's worth every penny. I use washi tape for my pinky as it rests on the sticky sections with no drills while I dp. That tip was great for me. I recently purchased some sspaddywax but the verdict is still out on that for me. i live in a 5th wheel in NM and it's hot here for months at a time. The wax seems a little dry for my taste. Anyway, I have the glue dots which are pretty much the best in single placers. I use the pink or blue wax I have on hand for multi placers. I've tried the line glue but had very poor results with what I used. I also can't do without my easel for larger paintings as well as my Ott light. I'm including my computer since I have it on playing you tube videos while I diamond paint. One more thing I've discovered is the 2 oz. jars on amazon for the monster quantities of drills for some paintings. Not actually diamond painting tools that I recently finished with is my drill storage. I found some drawer style containers on amazon for all my extra drills. I have 6 for each - round and square. For my special drills I have an artdot 4 drawer set up with the bottles. After I changed out their pull tabs and replaced them with my own made pulls I love how they look and the bottles fit much better. I've learned so much from your videos, so thank you for taking the time out of your day to provide good content for us.

@@DiamondPaintingAnonymous I picked up some little plastic feet things that push inot the bottom of the chair leg, cut off the pointy part and added some plastic flower things I found in the same isle at wally world. Glued them together and then onto the drawer. Added a bigger diamond from a special drill kit leftover in the center of the flower. Cost was minimal. I also saw some wooden drawer pulls that were pretty cheap you could paint and glue on (e6000 glue). The washi really helped my poor pinky out! It doesn't stick to the canvas anymore and the callus is no longer angry.

I've used the putty years ago,but like you said... it gets gummy. I like the surface area on the point on the pens that come with the kits, but I don't like how cheap the metal is and the pen is not ergonomic at all. I have a few custom ones. I have used the release paper and I love it. I need to order some. I use clear storage containers that are portable and I love that. I recently was gifted a mini vacuum... I am talking usb powered, dust buster looking. It has a tiny filter in it and I use it to pick up spilled drills. It is awesome. Not too powered, but picks them up nicely... I wish I could customize the one I have with a crevice tool-hose. It allows for you to be able to dump them out on a tray. I was really wondering how the vacuum pen works instead of using a wax or putty. I love using the light pad with an adjustable easel. I use a laptop lap table when i want to use it in bed. I'm looking at getting a manifying lighted headset. Thanks for the video... I am always interested in what other people use with their painting. ❤

This is GREAT information for someone starting out! I would love an update on the glue lines in the multi-placer, right now I also use putty. I love my micro glue dots for my single placer. I have both Catproof and Bella trays. I recently found firefly trays and I love them! If you have not tried them, let me know. I can send you one to try out ❤ I may have missed it, but I would love to know the information on your pen holder. I really, really need one 🤣or two.

@@Reesa_LT1 The pen case is just a marker case I bought on Amazon and use for my pens. I will report back after I try out the glue lines! Thanks for watching!
