just to let you know, this link takes you to the trimmer not 765 blower
Ok fixing that now thanks for letting me know
Fixed thanks so much

Thanks
I was convinced Peter Griffin was conducting these leaf blower tests.
This is the comment I came for.
Thank you so much!
best way to do a comparison. Thank you.
Thanks! You helped me realize the 530 would be plenty for my yard👍🏻
Great to hear!
That Ego 765 CFM is so powerful, it blew my dads Toupée off lol
Agree man it has kick!!
😄
Oh boy
That's what I said
Ha ha What a mook! It was funny though
Great Video!! Thanks fam
Let’s go EGO!!! This will be fun to watch.
Thanks Brian
Excellent product review. I'm switching everything over to EGO this year. Needed a blower TODAY as I'm training my first new employee of the year. Your channel was the decider. Buying the 765 at this moment and you just got a subscriber. Well done.
A fun video to make and I’m glad it helped you along with my other videos we appreciate you watching our videos and especially for becoming a subscriber and joining our family. Stay in touch let me know if you have any questions
Ego products are great. I am on year 3 with my mower and it’s still going strong. Just got the hedge trimmer and a blower is next.
You are doing amazing with your videos I always enjoy waiting….. thanks for sharing!
Thank you so very much Angel
Thank you!
Thank you for watching
Great video. Things a beast!
Thanks AJ crazy power, it kicks back!!
Awesome vid! Thanks for the field trial on these 3. The 650 and 765 appear to be similarly better than their predecessors.
Thank you, it's a powerful unit but if you own a 650 CFM no need to upgrade honestly
This is the first comparison I've seen and it did not disappoint in fun and comparison.
Thanks Colby I focused more on fun with this one 👍🏻
Great video.Made me finally decide.
Thanks for the video.👏👍
Kilian thank you I'm glad my fun video could help.
Wonderful Channel with fun demos.👍🏻
Thank you
I sincerely appreciated and enjoyed your video presentation. The comparison games were very helpful. It is exactly what I needed to see to make a decision in my purchase. Thank you!
Thank you
Cool video an love the pup !
Thank you
Don’t you worry brotha. Great content 👍 the sponsors should be rollin in soon. Thanks for your time and money 💰 spent for the review.
Thank you
I paused the video halfway just to leave comments. This is an excellent and creative review !
Great video, thanks
Thank you
The 765 showed up in a NJ Lowes so I couldn't help myself. Gave it a quick test before it got dark out. First thing I noticed is it's pretty strong even without the turbo button on so I can see it getting a lot of use that way. The 530 is still an impressive device, still have mine and will probably keep it.
Nice Dan yes definitely has power even without turbo, glad you grabbed one, best of luck 👍🏻
I love your videos on ego
Super helpful
Thanks Socom thanks for your support 👍🏻
Great composition
Thanks Andrew was definitely fun
Thanks for the video
Thank you
765 CFM is where it's at. Living in Tennessee and having to blow leaves multiple times/week, you need a powerful blower so you're not spending so much time in the yard.
Great video & visual comparison! ✌🏻🤟🏻👊🏻
Thank you
Thanks fun stuff
Thank you RS
Ahh man I’m so excited I can’t wait to get one
It kicks back, power is crazy with turbo
Great Video to show comparison.
Thank you
Great test
It was a fun test and thank you. I appreciate your words.
Good comparison 👍🏻
Thank you
Nice video. Looked like fun😎
Thanks so much
Good review. Thumbs up
Thank you and thanks for watching
Great channel!!
Thanks Jorge much appreciated
Average size yards with 50/50 hardscape and lawn. Basis of comparison is my old Toro 200+mph corded blower and a Bauer 50v cordless. The control and power of the Ego 765 is wonderful. I lightly press the trigger to move light debris or around delicate plants, then full trigger on general pavement clearing and leaf blowing on lawn. On full trigger the leaves blow off pavement edge and up and over a 2" lawn elevation onto the lawn. I hit the turbo button to blow stubborn cobwebs off of gate protrusions and to reach under vehicles. With this type of job the battery last for two of these sessions. The 5 bar battery indicator is really helpful. I loved the Toro's AC power but hated the 100ft cord I used to drag around. Gas powered blowers are too weak until you get into the backpack models. No regrets getting this powerful model and like most expensive equipment that does the job properly I don't even think about the extra cost anymore. Not so with buyers remorse over cheaper POS's that aggravate you.
Thanks for sharing
Excellent video
Thank you it was fun
Great idea to not just blow leaves.
Was a great comparison video.
It was fun thank you Brian
This isn't the review we asked for, but it's the review we needed.
Thanks
Thanks for watching Steve
Emotional experience!!
Thanks yeah it was pretty fun
Very nice 👏🏻
Thank you, appreciate your support Tech
Thanks . . . In the market and wasn’t sure if battery powered would be strong enough. Subbed!
Thanks so much
Hilarious. I'm sold on the 650
Came for the blower, loving that sweet looking ‘PUP!’ 🐶
WHAT A LIGHTHEARTED AND FUN VIDEO, yet informative at same time. I am now SUBSCRIBED! Nice job. I’m off to Lowe’s in the Morning, to get the 765! Peace! 👍😊
Thanks George welcome to the family
@@TechMadeEzy Thanks and You’re Welcome! 👍👊😊
Must have for my auto detailing 😍
Agree thanks Eric
Just bought the 650cfm one with the aftermarket stubby attachment with the rubber end piece for drying my car. Will be using it this week to try out on my car.
Nice enjoy
I have the 530 and I'm totally happy with it. It's relatively cheap compared to these others
Agree its light and does the job Martin 💪🏼
You probably couldn’t handle the bigger more powerful models, Martin? I’m just guessing…
Bro said potatoes lol. That’s pretty creative
YES 🙌
Loving the markers for melons being a pack of Oreos lol
Thanks Joshua yeah just some fun, 765 definitely has some improved power. You have a 650? What do you own?
@@TechMadeEzy considering buying the 765 as my first EGO product, absolutely looking forward to it..
Cool best of luck, stay in touch let me know how it goes Joshua 👍🏻
You earned that thumbs up buddy! Subbed too.
I’m a landscaper in the Bay Area we have areas that only allow electric machines and ego has been our go to line trimmer hedge trimmer blowers chain saw only thing is sometimes it’s hard to be able to charge the batteries up and they took awhile to charge but we started off with the 530 blower and moved up to 650 and man what a difference
Ever think about bringing a battery power station and a fast charger with you ?
In this video we are using solar but if you have a delta max and 2 fast chargers that might do the job
ua-cam.com/video/Kq2Tfla6CHs/v-deo.html&feature=share&si=EMSIkaIECMiOmarE6JChQQ
Great comparison, that 765 looks nice. I was thinking about getting it along with my 650 because in the fall I get the long orange pine needles in my backyard that blow in from the woods when it’s windy and the 650 worked last year to pile them up but I bet that 765 would be even easier!! Great vid as always, thanks for sharing!!
Thanks Jared good to see you
Jared, what discouraged me with this video is the angle and the closeness of the test. When you're standing and blowing needles and leaves, you aren't parallel with the ground nor that close with the blower nozzle. Are you saying the 650 blows the needles enough to pile them up? But how thick and far can it blow? I get 6 inch thick mat of leaves that are wet underneath and need to blow them 150 feet away, I need a reason to buy this but can't see it yet.
@@WeatherNut27 I do get a large amount of needles in my yard around fall. Enough to make a coating of orange on my lawn and these are the pine needles that are 5-6 inches long the big ones. The blower does good to move them and I don’t gotta get crazy close to the ground only for the needles that stick straight into the grass and get caught which come out when putting nozzle up against it. Wish I had a way to post a pic of the pile of pine needles and I’m blowing these on nice grass not flat surface like dirt or anything.

I have the 765CFM version.Like it for blowing off my Ego walk mowers, the EGO ride mower and the walkways and driveway.Didn't realize how blowing can be fun!If you can try a bouncy house challenge.See if these blowers can pump up a bouncy house with it being used!Remember a video years back where they compared blowers on how they can inflate a bouncy house with people jumping on it.
I was expecting the potatoes to go a lot faster/further on the 760. I felt it was the same as the 650. Very interesting
Tha KS Kevin it was fun
This video was a lot of fun to watch. I do have one note: an object I really wish you had included in your contest is a pile of leaves. :-)
Thanks David
I got the 765 blower. It is strong but heavy. I bought a strap for it. You need the strap. I just bought tool only becuase I have the 2 stage snow blower and the select x mower. I got a ryobi trimmer and edger 40v cause it is lighter.
fun video... thank you! my hubby is gonna kill me, i have the 530 and the 650... now i want the 765.
Thank you and I totally understand
Next game.......put the package of Oreos INSIDE the tube and see how far the blowers will LAUNCH them!!! 🤣🤣🤣
Ego needs to sponsor you!! You are one of the most dedicated Ego fans out there!!
Looking forward to upgrading to this new blower and hoping they give the 18" chainsaw the same upgrades as they did to the 16".......just need bare tools though I have 6 batteries now and plan to geth the two stage snow blower with the two 10 A.H. batteries
Hmmmmm........my 530 looks more beefy under air intake housing area.....as they go up in CFM the housings look less robust
That's a great idea Doug! I wish I would have thought about that.
@@TechMadeEzy This is a helpful review. I have modest needs, and you got me thinking about other ways I could maybe use it.
AND I like how this is part comedy, part review ... there is no shying away from character / personality. +1 for Novel usage of an Oreo cookie pack.
Great video at least where I live the new leaf blower is $50 off so it's only $300 now.
Yup that's what I grabbed in NJ thanks Ben 👍🏻
Nice test! I wish you will test 765 with snow. It may just work as a snow blower.
Great idea check back at 6pm and I will post a video and give you some credit 👍🏻
You are awesome mu dude. Wish I was your neighbor. I too love to buy expensive toys and call them "tools" 🙂
Thanks r m
I'm waiting on my 765 to be delivered tomorrow. I needed a leaf blower BAD because using a ride on lawn mower as a blower and a broom was getting old and taking too long to get the job done...
Very powerful enjoy
not to mention making Al Gore mad
Would have liked to see you show how to properly attach the strap.
I just bought 1 . There is metal piece on the left side of the blower that the strap clips on too. It easy . Takes about 2 seconds to do it.
Great vid bro. Thanks for not wasting potatoes. lol. Can't wait to get my 650 next week!
Dyson thank you! Did you get a good deal on the 650?
@@TechMadeEzy Yessir 146 bucks for the no batt included!! I already have a battery with the EGo select cut mower with the fast charger so it will work for both tools.
Nice deal
@@TechMadeEzy Blower came in yesterday. It's kick's a$$. Since I watched this first, I was able to take it out the box...assemble...and use the no trigger feature. Powerful blower...does the job.
Nice enjoy Dyson 👍🏼
Thanks for the comparison video. I have the 580 and will probably get the 765 but I won't really 'need' it until next Fall's leaf season. Why am I craving french fries and Oreos?
Lol thanks Ron
It sounds like the 650 starts up and gets to its full speed faster than the 765 or 530.
I'd like to see a review of the new Kress blower that has 850cfm and the new CAT that touts 800 cfm. Vs the EGO 765
Curious as to what the low speed is and if it is powerful enough to not only use but get the run times they claim it does would be a great video ! Thanks for another great comparison video
This was fun mark , running on low will definitely help battery but we need that push from time to time depending on what we are cleaning up. Thank you
low speed is best used to dry what little hair you have left.
Thanks for the test. Respectful suggestion for channel success go rt to point of videos without repeating info. Thanks again
Great video. Anyone else think he sounds like Peter Griffin?
Very scientific. 😂
Sold my Ryobi’s probably going with ego next
Thanks for your reviews. Can you advise if the dual battery backpack blower is worth more than double the cost of the handheld 765 cfm unit? Trying to decide between the two and which one is more powerful in reality. Comfort is important too.
I haven't had a chance to test that yet I had the original Backpack Blower which really was very comfortable especially for big jobs. One thing that might work for you is if you get this backpack link let me send you the video this will allow you to put a larger battery on your back

❤🐕❤
I tried mine did not have it yet. One of the first if not only reviews right now.
Thanks for watching Steve
Now I just have to find one that's in stock
Change your zip code on Lowes that helps, good luck Tim
Awsome vid, thumbs up!
does the 765 have a "tool only" option?
Thank you so much and yes but you save like $85 vs getting it with a battery, amzn.to/3PLMI8p
Tool only is $229
Thanks for the review and it looks like you had a blast doing all those tests. In your opinion is it worth it to upgrade from the 650 cfm blower?
Thanks TH Nope, 650 is solid seriously
I would only upgrade if i needed another battery.........because of the battery costs.....
Have you tested the newtons of force like they do for gas blowers. Would be a nice spec to compare towards gas.
agreed, that will keep these new battery blowers honest
👍
Since you own the 530 do you like the variable speed trigger over the 530? I kind of like that with the 530 and just adjust the speed I want with the level. I usually use the lowest setting and not sure I will like the 615 trigger trying to find and hold just the right spot? The 530 you just depress the trigger all the way no need to mess finding the right trigger speed. Going on 6 years with my 530 but was wanting something new
The new 765 is my favorite, love the trigger and the variable John
@tech Made Easy, thanks for all the Ego reviews! By any chance have you heard of a release date for the Power Shovel attachment?
Thanks Mike no not even a hint I'll keep my ears open
@@TechMadeEzy Kite Army had a video up with it yesterday but now it's gone.... under NDA?
What's a kite army? Sorry
@@TechMadeEzy UA-cam channel, he does quite a bit of Ego reviewing.
OK cool
Just got a 650 on eBay brand new for half the price in Lowes. 😃
Wow nice! Make sure you register it for the 5yr warranty
Great video. Does the 765 seem much heavier than the 650 to you when in use? They look similar in size and build, but EGO website says the 765 is about twice as heavy (9.5 compared to 4.77 lbs. without battery). My local Lowes doesn't have 765s to try out, gotta order if I want one.
It feels a drop heavier but nothing major I also like the straps that's something to think about also the backpack link I've got video is on that if you want I can send you the links
@@TechMadeEzy Thanks. I will definitely go with the more power like always.
That’s incorrect. It’s 4.65 with no batt and around 9.6 with batt…
I know this is an older video but I wanted to ask.....I upgraded to a 765 from the 590 last week and am not sure it was worth it. Does the dial on the side control the air speed or is it just there so you don't have to hold the trigger? I thought it would control the speed on the air like the lever on the front of the 590 but mine really only works as an on/off toggle so I feel like it's only blowing on the slowest speed. The turbo button works but I don't think it's much different than the 590.....wondering if I should take the hour drive to the closest Lowe's to exchange it and try another 765...
I would exchange it, somethings off
@@TechMadeEzy that's what I was afraid of, thank you!
650 seemed better.
I just got the 650 and blower want to make one thing clear to everyone considering this purchase. You will get 20 minutes on the stock battery. Which is 2.5 amps. This is at the high setting not the turbo setting. If you hit the turbo button quite a bit you're looking at 10 minutes. It's very tempting to hit the turbo button because the power is significantly more than high. I just wanted to point this out because the 90 minute battery time the manufacturer advertises is nonsense for practical purposes. Notwithstanding the battery times, it's a good blower for light yard work. I ended up getting a gas Backpack Blower for the big jobs around the house.
@TheScaredofsilence
So what did you get for the big jobs around the yard?
Please get image stabilisation cameras.
Dude sounds like Howard Stern.
Shhhh only Robin knows 😎
@@TechMadeEzy 🤣
Great video, thanks. Only other thing I was wondering was the weight of each one
Hi Chris, thank you, you can find the weight in the manuals that EGO has online. The 580 is definitely the lightest and not a huge difference between the 650 and 765
@@TechMadeEzy great! I just got the 765 for the yard and for light snow (i have a rough driveway that isn’t fun to shovel). I can always add the strap if i need it. Got it online at Ace hardware without the battery for $240 with 2% cash back through Ratuken. Looking forward to getting it!
Nice! Now if you want to put a bigger battery for more runtime check out this video on this accessory that I love it works with many tools ua-cam.com/video/QHS20WFTBQ0/v-deo.html
Is there a pattern of seasonal sales on EGO tools from Lowes, ACE or Amazon?
Hi Jess Seems more than usual, I’ve been posting some deals so keep an eye on the our feed if you are a subscriber 👍🏼
This guy needs to watch some more Project Farm videos.
Nicholas thank you, each channel has its own style. I enjoy project farm also he’s amazing
when are the 12 ah batteries coming out they are not even listed on the ego website I only found out about them because of the Mower coming out with 6 of them.?
I keep checking but I haven't seen anything myself to be honest with you. I'll keep my eyes out
He sounds like Peter from family guy
It's a reverse vacuum cleaner... Skelton on the outside
How does the EGO top dog 765 residential blower compare to the EGO 6000 commercial blower?
Don’t really know but cfm plays a part for sure , if it’s commercial then I’m sure it connects to their commercial battery axle which are pretty cool
Quick question.. Does the unit come with a shoulder strap? I saw another unboxing with one. Did they stop including the strap? Just curious
Yes, They make different kits that come with multiple batteries, straps etc.
Sounds like Howard stern
Shhhh 😎
10 lb melon? Maybe you should have used a watermelon! LOL! Yeah, I know, it was 4 lb 10 oz melon. You corrected but still should have tried a watermelon! Thanks for the review! The test should have been conducted in the same place for each because the ground and / or grass can be different in each area and therefore skewing the results.
