Attempting Terraria Speed Runs That Don't Exist

- For this video I originally wanted to do actual terraria speed runs, but they were all really boring and really long. So I decided to speed run my own ideas! They were super fun to do and I think all of you should give them a shot as well! If you do try them respond to the pinned comment with your times! I'm surprised you don't use fruits on speedruns. like they make you faster, that's usually the first thing other speedrunners do, go through the trees and find fruit. But great ideas for speedruns, i'm sure i can beat the bunny one XD
I didn't even think about the fruit thing until after I was done recording, but I've been trying to get the times down and have been using fruit more. And yeah, the bunny run was horrid!

Some tips for some of the runs
- the cheapest house to make is a 12x5 with the walls made of platforms with 3 strips of wall, a single torch, with a chair and bench at the bottom
-you can find glass bottles in surface chests
If you allow journey mode, you can turn up spawn rates to make the bunnies spawn faster
You can get cobwebs from anywhere underground
Using wood platforms you would only need half as much wood

Agreed with the commentary and editing, well done. Just as a note, and this is for me personally, but it would be nice if you could do a little sound editing(it’s not that hard, trust me:) and lower the pitch of the vocals a little. It is a bit high and in a bit to much contrast to the game audio. Of course do what makes it be the video you want it to be, it’s just my 10 cents:)

i would try to beat your tim for most of them, but i don't have a screen recorder to prove it ;/ , so i'll just throw some strats:
-merchant%:
1) if special seeds are allowed, i would use the "not the bees!" seed, because it replaces the guide with the merchant, but thats to easy, soo
2) its better to play on master mode, because you can easily farm slimes with a wooden sword for money, also its a good idea to build one of those fast houses speedrunners make.
-get quenched%
i have almost nothing here, exept the fact that you can save a lot of time if you get lucky on the chests, because they can contain bottles.
-heaven%
your srat can have some variations:
1) just use wooden platforms instead of blocks
2) use ropes from the chests or from the not the bees merchant
also you can rely on luck and hope for a good cave nearby with a golden chest and a grav potion
-murder%
the only thing that comes to mind is journey mode with its spawn rate, but thats cheating :/
-nap%
the best idea is just go to the cave and hope for iron and, ideally, a spider den, but thats unrealistic.
overall, keep it up, man! those videos are great quality, and i wish you best!

Even without proof I'd still be interested to see what times you could get! Also, thanks for the strategy ideas, I'm currently trying to get my times down and these ideas will come in handy!

Actually thought of another one, Die%, die as quickly as possible, would fall damage, drownijng, or enemy be faster?
I thought of death% as well, but it's an official Terraria Speedrun. So I decided not to do it. The world record is also like 3 seconds!
