I've done an 18 cheese Mac n cheese once..... Publix thought my cheese order was a joke.
And you’re able to tell the difference between 4, 12, 16, 17, and 18 cheeses? Cuz at that point the salt just covers most of them up.
@@chili-rye123 you can tell the difference to an extent. For instance, mozzarella is for the stretch while gorgonzola is subtle initially then hits you at the end. So definitely there's something but for the most part I experimented and the best thing was just trying the different cheeses and realizing I'm been sleeping on some.
Using the leftovers for a grilled cheese.... That was probably more amazing.

I made this for my family and it was a hit! Although I didn't use Colby Jack or Monterey Jack since they aren't here in Canada, so I used extra cheddar and mozzarella instead.
I'm sorry bro... I don't agree... Some ppl think, the more the cheese you use, the better the recipe... That is completely false in my opinion... The mac noodles n the cheese is supposed be a 50/50 ratio... 3 or 4 different cheeses at the most will work just fine as long as you make a roux... And if you season your mac n cheese right, you don't have to add much cheese... I like to taste the noodles... It has to be the right balance 👌...
Though I agree with you, a taste for something is ultimately just an opinion. 👍

He incorporated 5 unique cheeses. Then added Cheddar, sharp cheddar and extra sharp cheddar to meet 8. The difference in taste is likely negligible so I’m not sure why you chose to do that.

PROMISE on my poor lil lactose intolerant, cheese loving life, i would still endure the pain, aches and seriously insane gas just to try this if i could afford it. most of the cheeses seem like supporting roles to other cheese that "Star" anyway if that makes any sense lol. you wouldn't be getting that many flavors unless you had some kind of god tongue or something and as far as i know that is impossible outside of anime. lol.
