Hello, doctor Daniel. First of all, I would like to say I love you so so much. I really think that you are a good man. Second, I would like you to Recommend effective alternatives for protonix. Zink El carnazine is not effective for me nor pepcid. I don't know what to do. I have been using protonix for 5 years.
Dr. First, I was diagnosed with H. pylori positive, but I didn't complete the course of antibiotics. I then tested stool antigen, and the results showed H. pylori positive again. After completing another two weeks of antibiotics, I still experienced pain and a burning sensation in my stomach. A subsequent endoscopy revealed pangastritis and duodenitis. The doctor prescribed antacids like Razo 20 mg and Normaxin, but I haven't fully healed. I consistently feel the burning sensation and pain, and I haven't completed the prescribed medicines. My question is, can I cure gastritis using herbs like mastic gum, zinc carnosine, L-glutamine, kefir, digestive enzymes, and a proper healthy diet?
I struggle with chronic gastritis typ c (bile reflux) since I got my gallbladder removed 5 years ago. I got SIBO and treated it now which makes me feel way better but still the gastritis and the bile reflux cause me some problems. Do you have any videos about this? My doc told me to take ppi but the side affects scare me, I'd rather have a long term solution. Would you recommend ox bile or would it cause even more bile reflux? I'm confused.. thanks for your Videos!
I know you do your best to share information I was watching your video of gastritis but I was not very clear what should then be food that a person with chronic gastritis could perform to heal 100 percent of his stomach ... and I was not clear respect to supplements as a person should take them for how long and what dose approximanda, maybe you can expand a little in another video thanks

Per the studies looking at H pylori (the most common cause of gastritis), cow's milk seemed to help lower H pylori. Because everyone's body is different, it's possible it would negatively affect some people.
@@dr.danielricciardi mine was caused by a antidepressant called Prozac. Stopped taking it almost 4 months ago still have bad symptoms but not as bad as when I was on that poison medication. Hopefully I will be normal again because right now I feel like I never will
So many people are saying zinc carnosine may cause copper deficiency..i have gastritis for a year now but no symptoms to be honest! I of course have acid reflux from lose sphincter and GERD level1. I take PPIs for 4 times a week and i’m very careful of what i’m eating..i had an endoscopya week ago again second within a year and inflammation down on the sphincter area and gastritis are still there! I take l glutamine 5g for 4 months and i’m considering taking l carnisone. Is it safe?
@@dr.danielricciardi many thanks for your prompt reply. Really appreciate it. Doctor's Best PepZin GI, Zinc-L-Carnosine Complex is it safe to take? Also what time of the day is best to take please? On the box says with an empty stomach two capsules
The question is, is chronic gastritis is fully curable. I don't mean the remission, I mean full heal. I'm using Cynk + L-carnozyne, L-glutamine, Probiotic Lactobacillus + Saccharomyces, gelatine + fish collagen mixed with some low warm water, I'm drinking every day at least 500ml of young white cabbage juice, Linseed drink. After 1.5 month. I will add DGL + masticha. I'm also driniking a lot of omega 3, a lot of ofcourse in a daily limited portion. Ofcourse everyday taking witamins aswell. I just hope it is fully curable, for example with 4 years of treatment, to the point I can forget about stomach inflamation and eat like everyone else.
I have gastritis symptoms 24/7 PPIs have done nothing so stopped them, h.pylori results back tomorrow but if it’s negative I don’t know what to do… it’s nearly 3 months of constant pain and a bland boring diet
L glutamine and zinc carnosine can heal the stomach lining thus healing gastritis
Agreed
@@dr.danielricciardi Have been taking 5g of L glutamine for like 6 months only tough and gastritis is still there..how long should i take L glutamine?
@@mari051986only glutamine not enough you can take zinc carnosine also
@@mari051986You should bump that up to 10g of L-glutamine 2x per day on an empty stomach. Take zinc as well.
@mari051986 Might take a year to heal completely.

Possibly yes. The supplements you listed are all potentially helpful
How are you now? What have you done to treat your gastritis?
Gastritis doesn’t go away it’s only control so once you have it you need to take care of yourself for the rest of your life ,
In some cases yes
😭😭😭
Thank you
My pleasure!

Can chronic stress and anxiety cause gastritis ?
I believe so
“This video is very helpful for gastritis.”

My tongue is white. I have a bit of gastritis. Can’t figure out why. The doctor did all blood tests and nothing.
Potentially Candida/fungal issue?
@@dr.danielricciardi Thanks. Would flucanazole work?
What about Helicobacter heilmannii?
I have not researched that bacteria
Can candida and sibo and morgellons cause gastritis?
I'm not very familiar with Morgellons. Candida and SIBO impact intestine more than stomach, but perhaps indirectly they could be related.
Can you make a video of supplements we can take for gastritis
I appreciate the suggestion!
Does gastritis cause headaches n extreme dizziness n blur vision
Not directly. It may indirectly contribute to those symptoms though
I also have gastritis and dizziness all time

Is it okay I warm cow milk before drink it?Also is it okay to drink crankbarry juice with chronic gastritis?
I'm not aware of any issues with either of those
Vitamin D too
Agreed
My gastritis because of sibo bacteria methane dominant
My mouth feels like it is scalded. Is it the gastritis? I ran tests and it was found that I had ulcer caused by H pylori.
Gastritis refers only to the stomach, but it could be related to the H pylori indirectly.
Is chronic gastritis curable??? Everyone keeps telling me it won’t ever go away I feel screwed
In a lot of cases yes. However, depending on the severity and cause of the chronic gastritis, it is not always curable.

Zinc and copper do compete for absorption. That does not mean that taking zinc causes copper deficiency though. Zinc carnosine is safe
