That raspy trombone boooyeeee. Love me a VQ. Resonators can help with the rasp. That’s how I got rid of mine.

I got those flowmaster fx on my Ram 1500 5.7 v8 and I love them
I had them on my 02 3.8 mustang and loved them they sound good on a lot of set ups

I want this setup for my 07 sedan but place the mufflers closer to the tips and maybe go for the dbx or slp loudmouths and test pipes but the x pipe true dual is so much better than the stock dual to single to dual exhaust

That’s not a true dual. True dual is from header to tail pipe on one bank of cylinders with no x or h pipe.

This is a custom job and your exhaust setup is a little different getting to true dual should be the same process with the x pipe or you can go independent pipes flowfx should fit they come in different sizes u just have to figure what size but the case is slim so I don’t see any troubles so it’s a yes answer but you should just talk to the shop about what you want and see if it can be done I’m sure there’s an fx with true duals out there
On my qx50 I’m about to remove the y pipe add a x pipe remove stock res add vibrant res and I have muff delete already into 4in tips with the things I’m adding I’m doing 2.5 pipe all way through! So should sound fire and cost efficient just the muff delete I have now sounds great but I’m used to it and want louder
