When your bored and looking for some entertainment, your local boat ramp will never let you down Some of the best comedy routines you will ever have seen. If not, there are some of bikini clad girls for the guys, and for the girls muscle type guys. But adding to that there are also the Walmart type people who will make you laugh or turn your stomach. But there is no end to the entertainment.
With a boat of that size, you can positoon the boat on the trailer, attach front of boat to trailer, and use ratchet straps attached to the boat and trailer at the rear to lift the trailer up somewhat! It really works if you have enough gap between trailer and underside of boat at the rear!
They were trying to hook the anchor onto the trailer and then tie it off to the bow and back down to lift the trailer up so the axles wouldn’t be stuck over the ledge. Yeaasss, new one for me too
@@KarlEller yeah but it would take a captain that actually knows how to maneuver the boat. This guy was all over the place and couldn’t figure out how to run the thing.

Long trailer for that boat and little ramps set up for little river/fishing boats. Nice boat, Catamaran are excellent boats, but require a longer trailer and axles are placed farther back. Which we are witnessing in this video
I’ve seen that before, maybe 30 years ago at Seneca Lake in NY. The guy I saw though thought he could just power his way back over the ledge. He got it back over all right, except for the axle. He snapped that sucker clean off. It was sitting next to the ramp with its dejected owner.
Haha Omyygoshhhh that would’ve beeen epic. I don’t think the Tahoe has the power though on a big tandem trailer like that, coming out of the water with a potential slick spot
Friend did it 2 summers ago with her single axle trailer. Guy told her it'd pop right back up over the lip. Left her entire axle. What really sucks is she had her own ramp on that lake, hers' was better than the 3 the county had. But to get that boat off the ramp to the driveway she had to pass under a breezeway which meant unbolting the T-top and laying it down. She'd purposely had a T-top put on that was made to do that, but got lazy and started taking it to the county ramp.
I want to take my friend Mingo fishing. Want to make a weekday run, I pay all expenses AND back you down at launch and pick you up with out going in too deep.@@TheBigDanShow
Big D, you have just a bit more patience than I do, you did move to a different ramp but I would have handled that a bit different, I would have just backed down, launched my boat and forced them to move. I have little tolerance for those that are just being down right inconsiderate and if I have an open door perhaps I can help give them a hint.
No signs showing where end of ramp is? At a ramp launching for the first time I don't even get into line until I look it over for signs, algae, question others about pot holes, cracks in ramp surface. 5 extra minutes makes things smoother and I don't have to spend money.
@@TheBigDanShow Is visible. Would of been cold for the swimmer, but I seen a guy load a 26' Key Largo like normal as far as the wench hook, safety chain. Used 2 longer straps on the back tie downs lifting the trailer, up to the boat, pulled it off with the truck. That was on a lake in Missouri-Smithville-where the ice had just begun clearing good for boat traffic.
