Wich isn't a problem for me (as a level 5 vegan), but my friends and family aren't convinced by vegan mozzarella yet :(

Damnnn the amazing fried crispy batter on that!! The real question I have is how come I can't get seitan to look that good ;p Is it the texture of the seitan vs mushrooms? I followed the exact recipe and substituted seitan and it didn't come out nearly as awesome haha
Oyster Mushrooms work so well becuase they have a lot of nooks and crannies, so the next time you make a seitan patty, try to make it more organic with a lot of uneven areas so the breading can get more craggly!

I know originally, the beyond meat kinda smelled like some science experiment in my toilet, and they had odd ingredients in it. THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT ALTERNATIVESSS.

When I make my own vegan ranch I love adding pickle brine instead of lemon juice! It's so good 🤤

Agreed, I think homemade is usually better. Miyoko's is pretty good for storebought.
