I just wanted to say thank you so much for this Gary. I am a yoga instructor and out of nowhere one day I went to practice and my hand and wrist were in so much pain when I put weight on my hands. It affected my practice and I was fearful it would start to interfere with my job. I went to the doctor and they told me to rest it an put topical ibuprofen cream on it. I did so for a month and nothing changed. Then I found this series of videos a couple days ago. I did all of the techniques and then also the ones for neck and shoulders and miraculously the next day I was almost completely cured. I can put weight on my hands now without pain. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Thank you Gary for all of your videos. I just started having severe pain below my ring finger. Metacarpal area. I'm doing the press hold release even though it is very painful. I will get back to you when the pain is gone.

    Hi Gary,
Thank you for giving me these steps. The seem to have been working, but I still feel pain in my bicep, and it's somehow traveling to my hand. The pain first came when I woke up one day, and probably slept on it wrong. Do you have any tips for me?
    Thanks!

    HI Gary,
Thanks for posting the videos! I've worked for years in construction, and I've realized it's really locked up almost every muscle in my forearms and hands. They hurt a lot now! My thumbs fatigue quickly and my wrists, hands and forearm are always painful when doing any kind of work. I started doing massage about 2 weeks ago and although I feel a little relief, it's not quite fixed yet. How long do you think it might take to get back to normal assuming a pretty bad case of RSI?

      Hi Dave,
I've worked on a lot of the hands of hardworking guys like you. It's not really a matter of how long it will take, but more a matter of how deep you can work on yourself when your arms are that tight. If you where in my office I could probably fix most of it in an hour because I could use my bodyweight to press into your forearms. So feel free to have someone else do the press-hold-move on your arms if you can. If you go to my website Do-It-Yourself-Joint-Pain-Relief (click the link in the video description above) and send me an email. I'll try and find someone who lives in your area that I think could release them. Either way, they can be fixed, it's just a matter of getting deep enough into those forearms.
      All the best,
      Gary

    Hello ferialjinnah100,
I've had success with a fair number of patients over the years with post polio leg issues, and while the tissue in those areas may not respond to the work quite as quickly, it does respond. The same techniques should work on you as everyone else. I'd start with your hips and lowerback to give your upper body a more stable foundation. Visit my website ((click the link in the video description above) and you'll see pages for every area of the body.
    Best,
    Gary Crowley
