wow ! i had no idea that my finger pain was a cause of tight muscles ! i work a landscaping job and was almost going to quit because of the pain and numbness i was experiencing. Now that i have felt around i can feel that my wrists and forearms and incredibly tight and painful. after massaging them my finger pain is almost gone ! i will be doing this more and more until hopefully the pain subsides and i can enjoy my job once more! thank you for sharing your knowledge with us :)

I have had MAJOR relief of my pain in my thumb and hand using the techniques you've described in the 3 videos. I have used pressure before but not with moving the thumb and fingers, which makes a HUGE difference! You have a real gift for explaining and keeping things on a level that laypeople can understand. THANK YOU!!!
I have watched all three Finger Joint Pain Relief videos and found them very helpful and informative. My dominant trigger finger has been stiff and numb for a couple of years. You have shown me how treating the muscles and tendons leading to this point can provide relief and free up the area. My whole hand felt better after going through the steps given. I will be sure to check out more of your videos. Thanks so much Gary!
Gary, thank you so much for this information!!! I was concerned about osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis but it came on suddenly in my index and ring finger. I was also having tennis elbow issues so assumed inflammation and have been avoiding inflammatory foods and taking anti-inflammatory supplements but still tight and painful. I tried your techniques and the fingers are not as tight. I'm so amazed and grateful - especially since I'm the one that needs to be the caregiver. Can't thank you enough for making this video series.
Thank you!!! I recently started working for Target's logistics team and I handle heavy boxes and merchandise all night long. I have never had any problems with numbness and tingling in my fingers before. Icing my fingers weren't helping at all. I'm glad you made this video.

I noticed using your techniques my fingers do not go numb as much when playing guitar. In fact not at all recently. This is a blessing, thank you Gary!
Being a LMT for years, I was able to release some tension in a ring finger soft tissue injury by understanding your videos. You have a very nice bed side manner about your speak and it was not too technical that even the lay person could "grasp" hold of what you said, See what I did there? Thanks for being there. Good luck in your practice. M
Hi Emzirek, I'm glad to hear the videos helped you with your finger joint pain. And you made me laugh! I hope you can "hold on" to the info, so it's there if you ever need it again. Oh yes, I just did that! All the best, Gary Crowley

Not really, fingers/knuckles can take a while and benefit from consistent work. If you get too sore then maybe take a day off, but keep at it if you can. Best, Gary C.
1st Thanks man great :) some months back i had fracture in the metacarpal bone of forefinger and middle finger after the treatment of bone , my muscles are become so tight .. i cant able to close my forefingers fully muscles are paining and i cant able to play volleyball also its pain me so much .. i seen your videos i feel better now , but pain will be their .. can i apply hot water massage after this or before this ?? .. then can i apply oils for fingers ??.waiting for your reply :) thanks :)
Sure, you can use anti-inflammation cream if you'd like. It generally won't undo the cause of the inflammation, but can certainly help provide some relief. Best, Gary C.
Hello Ladylocsxx, They can take a while to heal, depending on how badly you jammed it. Keep working on it and it will heal faster. The ligaments can take a few months to fully heal, but when you work on it you'll help the process. Stick with it. Best, Gary Crowley
