The price is reasonable for such a nice house although I would change the pain colors. Another great Rwandan house.
Beautiful and unique house that is. I love all the different roof elevations and the ceiling heights in different rooms and all those beautiful windows. They use some beautiful woodwork in there too. I love the colors and I love that not all the rooms are square. The architect did a fabulous job! I would love to see the two houses in the back.
Even though I'm congolese but I have to give respect to Kagame for what he has done for his country, and surely I will do some business in rwanda in these up coming yrs

Great video and beautiful house! I’m noticing houses don’t have dishwashers and the bedrooms don’t have closets, just a small wardrobe.
because most people that can afford these homes have housekeepers so no need for a dishwasher. Almost every county I have lived in while abroad has used wardrobes. I never had a closet in the 9 countries I have lived in. I saw one in a 7000sqf home in Penang but that was only in the masters. I've never seen them in the 30+ countries I have visited.
