So sorry to hear of the robbery, but Yah is still good! The house is well designed, beautiful, and spacious. The neutral colors are calming. Thanks for a wonderful tour. Glad you're back!
Indeed the house looks lovely and the views are great. Trouble is in Africa there is usually no building control or they are not enforced and soon or later you find yourself surrounded by high rise building and suddenly the tranquil and nice views disappear overnight. Nice work though and Rwanda is beautiful.
So sorry to hear about the robbery. Thank you! for sharing. I can feel Rwanda is safe, but this robbery is happening every where in the world, and NO WHERE IS SAFE! wherever you live. And especially to people like you with electronic equipment, you will have to be EXTRA AWARE of your surroundings. We have robbery and crimes EXTREMELY more bad where I live too. But, I'm so HAPPY! you were able to come back and keep doing the GREAT! job you and your team are doing, and KEEP showing us your beautiful homes and country. ❤❤
Beautiful, but they need work around the house and Asphalt roads for winter will be muddy to walk or drive. Please, Show us a well developed area homes. Thanks
We didn't se water Running in the taps , place to cloths, frigilator, cooker, washing machine for cloths and utensles, gabbage places and system, water tanks ?
It is based on the relationship of colonization. Countries with relationships with European colonization built like homes in Europe. Liberia with relationship where free slaves went back to Africa and founded Liberia, homes are built like in the USA. We have walk-in and open closets.
all walls are built with 8 inch cement block So there's no custom framing In most cases door frames And roof trusses are the only thing that are wood in African housesYou will find that most westerners value Close it space
No country on this earth has every square inch of its territory paved over. Even in the USA in some cities residential areas are still mostly unpaved. Just have to wait for development to catch up or someone has the incentive to do it.
Very decent home. However, as small as Rwanda is, just like most African countries, except SA, Rwanda couldn't have all it's roads paved. In order words, when are all these roads going to be paved?
Hmm I love the design of the house and the price is not so crazy. Amazing video overall.
Thinks happen any where in the world even the safest place, but the good thing your back on your feet and I'm glad for that.
This house is beautiful!

Why aren’t closets built in most African homes?
I HOPE THESE GUYS WILL ANSWER THIS QUESTION. CLOSETS AND MORE STORAGE SPACE IS TRULY NEEDED.

@@jamesnelson8096 Thanks, that makes sense. The houses are huge so I guess a smaller room could be used as a closet.
Are they going to fix the roads.?

Sad that we still use high perimeter walls . I feel like the walls block the natural breeze that would otherwise add to the comfort of our homes.
So a mate is never worthy of having a room in the main house?
Very decent home. However, as small as Rwanda is, just like most African countries, except SA, Rwanda couldn't have all it's roads paved. In order words, when are all these roads going to be paved?
As we speak that road has been paved. but the property is no longer on the market as it was bought.

Oh! Thanks for the information. I hope other properties on similarly looking roads have been paved as well and the videos are all old
