it's out of their hands, even if the person they voted for does things they don't like.

Actually, it was the first time I saw someone eat the peel and I checked if it is safe to eat. And just like Tahir's inner voice said, if you wash it well, you can and it's even healthy!

Thank you for this channel, I think these guys are wonderful, their love of God, humility and gratitude and sense of humour have restored me. Tell Tahir dragonfruit is good for correcting problems with your bowel. I agree with Tahir’s idea of sharing food from other countries, in Western Australia we have a day for such a thing, we have international food day, where the people here share food from their old country. It is wonderful. My favourite foods are Dahl, paratha, roti, naan, vegetable curry, and most of that sort of food, it is delicious and the spices are amazing. The food gives me lots of energy, I think it may be the spices. Anyway may God bless you and keep you all.

Someone needs to tell these guys that although dragonfruit is native to the Americas, it has been transplanted all over Asia, including South Asia. To me it tastes like a cross between mango and kiwi, but a little blander than either. I like its texture though and never thought of eating the skin. I always eat the skin of mangoes and kiwis.

Nice, I grow these in my yard. I have the Purple dragon fruit, and the White flesh type, like you ate. Love them! For me the White taste's like a cross of, sweet cucumber and pear. BTW I have only done it one time, But if you see this fruit in the store, you can plant the seeds and shortly you will have ton's of little Cacti to plant :) just take some of the fruit and crush it up and spread it on soil or you can try to clean the seeds in a sieve and dry them on a paper towel, and spread them... but good luck with cleaning them lol. I just took the mushed up fruit and stuck it on soil in a pot and it worked great.

Dragon fruit is high in vitamin C and other antioxidants, which are good for your immune system. It can boost your iron levels. Iron is important for moving oxygen through your body and giving you energy, and dragon fruit has iron. And the vitamin C in dragon fruit helps your body take in and use the iron.
