Congratulations again, Taylor you know when you shoot that bow, you never miss your so calm, cool and collective. You taught me a few things about being calm, but sometimes it’s kinda hard to keep your nerves from Unraveling So good luck the rest of the year do you and your family and everybody out there you truly are amazing person you have an awesome family
I remember that from last year, I still think that would be a good painting, when that buck is standing there and you can see Taylor's hand in the tree ready to release!!! Very good!! Man I'd be one proud dad!!!
Matt you are so good to your father I'm so proud of you I did the same with my father it's just something that we have to do and it's something that we enjoy and it's something that we can remember and rejoice in thank God you're a good son
I Love It!!!! I Had A Button Walk Up To Me Last Rifle Season....He Just Would Not Walk Away...It Was Frustrating And Beautiful At The Same Time!!!! LOL
When I was a kid, a 160" deer was an "absolute giant". Now, 200" deer are fairly common and a 160" is average. I wonder if, in 30 years or so, the way deer management continues to evolve, if 200" deer become the norm and "absolute giants" are 250"+.
I don’t have land but I bow hunt in a little patch of woods but there is allot of corn and a few deer haven’t seen a deer yet been hunting for 3 weeks straight even using deercast
Lulls, phases, ups and downs, winds and temps...etc etc etc....hunt if you can hunt...many peeps do not have the opportunity to pick and choose, they just appreciate being able to hunt when time allows. Money drives most.
Adam Cole your hunt is only as good as your wind and the moon phases.. if youre huntin a wind thats blowin to where your deer are beddin, you wont see a deer from that direction all night. Also huntin during a full moon lowers daytime movement.
@@deweyjohnson1629 yep, completely understand. I dont hunt a stand unless i know i have a good wind for that particular set up. I try to stick to the simplistics of hunting so ill hopefully have a successful hunt, i try not to get caught up in more than whats necessary because you kind of lose sense of what youre doing and why youre doing it as well as forgetting to just enjoy being in the woods
Professional hunters bring everything but the kitchen sink with them to the tree stand so why can't they just bring a little scissors with to notch their tags rather than use a knife? It's way easier and more precise! Maybe I need to market a camouflage scissors and make a mint?
There's both sides. I used to agree with your point more but now looking back over the last number of years.....activity seems to really drop off, mainly with big buck. Right area, still have early morning and late evening activity but not always consistent. Used to hunt a farm, would see 15-35 deer per hunt and then not see a thing at times. By the time end of Oct, early Nov came, movement fairly consistent. My experience is with no pressure, private land.
Practice, practice, practice. shoot targets on the ground, shoot targets while elevated, shoot targets from various distances, shoot targets in various wind speeds. when you can get comfortable at all angles with a target, it will take a good deal of pressure off during the moment of truth.
Do sprints and burpees to get your heart rate and breathing up, then shoot. It simulates the heavier breathing and stress you’ll be under as you steady your nerves prior to shooting deer.
I see terry is shooting a PSE Dream Season Decree. I’ve been thinking about buying that as my next bow. Any way he could give me an opinion on how the bow shoots and what poundage he shoots?
Love the videos don't quit because of the cry babies would love to see more about the food plots Deer are scored on 1/8 system for the cry babies that comment on everything these guys do. So quit watching you jealous hunters you are the ones that spoiled hunting crying to the landowners
you're not wrong. but official B&C scoring measures fractions only in 1/8" increments so 1/4, 1/2, and 3/4 are scored as 2/8, 4/8, and 6/8 respectively. Middle school math drills in on the idea of breaking down fractions so it comes off as a little goofy at first, but you get used to it. At least we're not calling them 4 4/8-year-old deer. 😆
I love your shows and the content but please stop letting Matt host these shows. He looks like Ricky Bobby not knowing what to do with his hands. Tie his hands to his side or put him at a desk.
@@ryanmarshall7244 for effect. They film some hunts with multiple cameras guys from all different angles. They've done gopro behind deer, getting exiting arrow even.
Great job Taylor young lady that’s a well deserved deer. You and your family are truly blessed
Congrats to Taylor on a buck of a lifetime to most hunters!!!

Great video guys love it can’t sleep thinking of these bucks I’m after this is making me wide awake even more!!! 👊🏻😎
Taylor! You really need your own show. You do better at just about everything than the rest of your family and guests. Just saying. Happy hunting.
Congrats on the awesome deer! I hunt Joyce’s land right on the other side of the road!
Great video as always 🇺🇸👍
6:28 another deer runs off behind Terry lol.
What rages do y’all use? Love the videos
I personally love the Rage Trypans!
Nice buck
Congrats Taylor! Beautiful buck. Quick question... has DOD thought about locking down rights to the phrase “Absolute GIANT”? 😂😂😂
😆It's definitely become a standard term for us!

Congrats onto really nice deer
Good job guys aw Terry you almost had her an Taylor your amazing another absolutely giant makes me jealous 😍 great video guys awesome

Put the wind on your nose and hunt ! It's free !
I don’t have land but I bow hunt in a little patch of woods but there is allot of corn and a few deer haven’t seen a deer yet been hunting for 3 weeks straight even using deercast

Man I love seeing the IQ site. I love mine
4:40 you know that doe has been hand fed for a long time....
Taylor shot that on my cousins birthday
Didnt know you guys are filming from the future pretty cool though. Says oct 22 when you guys are talking about taylors buck.
All these shows are filmed the year prior to being aired.
Do you ever have trouble shooting your bow with glasses? I actually started using contacts just for now hunting
Great buck awesome job

Yah, call them something like "trophy tag notcher" or something and charge 13$/pair
Awesome viedo yall love watching wish yall would make some more dvds
The green fields are nice but there is something about the older Drury hardwood hunting videos.
We like them all! ;)
Taylor you have grown up to be a lovely young lady
I’m sorry but all this crap about the October lull is hilarious just more crap pushed my tv hunters. Great video though

I’ve been tryin to get my first deer and I’ve been struggling with my bow do u have any tips

Use corn and corn and sunflower seeds
My advice is use a rifle there's a lot more opportunities
Love ur videos

Bait plot, box blind, kill em like cattle window shooting....
I'm not sure what to call it.....
but it sure the hell isn't hunting.
6/8” or 3/4”. I’m confused lol
Someone please tell them how measurements work its 3/4 not 6/8

Awsome
I didn't see 17 points
Do a real hunt how about Maine
michigan or wisconsin public land . lol... they would sell there bows and take up a new hobby
185 3/4" maybe? lol
You measure in 8ths
By the way it's edited something tells me she didn't shoot the buck
Why. They show her draw. Then both angles and the arrow go right through him
first

nice trick terry love it .....
like and sub people !!!!!
Matt drury’s commentating almost ruins this show.. if it wasnt for mark’s deer smarts and the giants they put down, i wouldnt be watchin.
These guys have ruined the hunting industry
October lull???? Come on.. do research on it
Taylor Marry me #canadianboy
Shouldn’t the title say 185 3/4” not 185 6/8”.
Don't they feel bad shooting their pets?
This video screams fake all over it, who sits 200 yards from a "hunter" and films them hunting, also, no actually footage of her shooting the deer.
Do you not follow DOD? This is cutting room floor. It's old hunts but footage that was left out originally. Kind of like deleted scenes on movies.
@@hoythunter4853 Why is there a camera 200 yards out filming, knowing that this buck steps out of the timber?
