The goals of today's 12 minute no-jumping cardio workout?
1. Increase your heart rate
2. Burn fat using all low-impact & apartment-friendly moves!
I'm gonna do that by adding weights to my routine, but you can do the workout without weights!

This is one of my favorite Cassey workouts! This one is challenging, but I don't feel like I'm ready to die during it and my legs are always incredibly sore the next day! It is a great routine that really fires up the whole body. Ten minutes, no excuses. Thank you, Cassey!
I got to love this type of workouts, i still go back to your 30 minute head to toe workout, it just hits the spot :D i do it anytime I don't have time or can't follow calendar that day. Would love to see weighted series, like 10/15 minute ones for each body part 👌💯♥️
Me too!! I'd always puts me in the mood when I don't feel like working out. Also the sentence where she says "there isn't a muscle in your body that hasn't been touched" assures me I made the right choice 🤗

Ever since you mentioned in one of your videos that Sir George likes to blend in the background, I often look for him in the background. Every time I found him, I'd be like, "aha! there he is!"

Loved the video! Also, seeing all the exercises beforehand is really helpful. I am injured at the moment and my left wrist cannot take any weight, it means that I can see if I am up for the video without having to pre-watch it first to make sure I can actually do the exercises.

What is the purpose of this move? Which muscles are working? I like this exercise too but I want to know why I am doing this move.
@@Caelo1984 the key is to swing with your hips on the way up. ( this will work your hamstrings and glutes) and then pull back down and let your upper body lean forward ( chest towards the floor) and this will work your core! Hope that helps!!

Great Cardio WO with weights... needed this alot.
I love this! I do feel some back pain in the middle of my back when doing the side squats, a quick back stretch helps (but I typically have noticed this doing side squats in the past). Making sure I'm paying attention to leaning over and not over correcting up (sometimes I over correct my back up so that its flexing/arching too much). Anyways, I combined this with your booty tone workout with bands, great combo and diverse movements/all my favorites.
I used to do weight lifting at the gym, I would work up a sweat doing pyramids with the squat bar. I almost never did cardio but once a week and I was in the best shape of my life, for my standards.
I recently made a cross country move and for someone on a budget, coming from lower income, I can't run out and get a gym membership right away. I definitely prefer results from heavy lifting, but videos like this with lighter weights--that you can also adjust to your fitness standards--is perfect.
I'll be doing your 12min ab work out with weights and combine it with a more targeted ab floor work out, but I think the standing/diverse motions will be good for core/balance. Also will be doing your 12min arm work out later this week, basic moves, but again ones that I love doing/combining.

OMG tysm i JUST subscribed to your Glow Up sessions and I decided that. I’m NOT GONNA DO IT I’m still in school and cannot do all those workouts with school starting so every day, for two weeks I’m going to do these to get more fit and start eating more salads and greens.
