yup. never ever ever will I be mean to a waiter or waitress no matter how not nice they are. NEVER. They don't have to be freakin nice and smile, they do a damn hard job for 12+ hours, have to serve pretentious people etc. Similar for every other worker.

Same. I just posted a video yesterday about how I made coin as a small influencer with figures. People are understanding now, because video takes hours of effort and it wouldn't be realistic to post 2-3 times a week without warning an income for it. You could be relaxing with friends and living a social life all those hours instead.

as a viewer, I personally get tirned off when a sponsorship is included, even though she does it well. obviously its not my choice but I think she understands that and wants to keep it more authentic

If your content is 10 + minutes on average then doing a 30-60 second ad each video is not sellout at all. I think it's smarter to gain partnerships with brands to open up more avenues down the road for you. If you post ads that aren't relevant to your brand, that's when it gains the "sellout" stigma.

Even though you grew up middle class and make money from UA-cam at home, we can really see the hard work that you put into your videos that earns you said money and your appreciation for the value of money. You could easily spend hundreds of dollars on items of clothing because they look cool and you can afford to do so, instead you go thrifting and show those of us who cannot afford the expensive and trendy looks, how to make them yourself and work with what you have/can afford. I'm turning 50 this year (still can't believe it) and I think you're wonderful and generous to share so much of your financial information with us. If it was more of an open topic of conversation, I think we'd all have a healthier relationship with and clearer understanding of the role of money in our lives. But somehow our value as people seems to depend a lot on not even how much money we make but what we decide to spend it on. And I can attest that at 50, my stress levels are lower than my friends and family who I see take on debt to look successful. I know they look at me as less successful in some ways, but I believe I (on the whole) feel more hopeful and energized about my future than most and a big part of that is because I think I view money like you do.
