Absolutely brilliant! A gargantuan task to accomplish telling the simple tale of a boy and his dog. Incredible dedication to detail, superlative script performed by great actors. Anderson is a unique and incredible talent, as are all the professionals who brought this story to life.
I have been a photographer and model maker since I was 17 and I am amazed by the detail these incredible artists go to. I thought my models were detailed and realsitic - errrr NOPE. Superb video thank you. I have all of WA's movies and when this animatied one came out I was 'dubious' it would be up to his standard. Shame on me! It is WONDERFUL!
I saw this and I can't believe it. The movie is visual perfection and unbelievably detailed and expressive. It makes me feel like everything I ever did in my life means nothing. 🤣
@@TickyTack23 I assume it's just that some directors care about stereoscopic photography and some don't; with Wes Anderson falling into the latter category.
t yesterday I saw the movie isle of dogs. I love stop motion movies. The dogs where beautiful. I thougt the y where real. I ask my self what happend to the dolls.
im sorry but why is he so arrogant? he's acting like he put the whole thing together by himself when there where over 37 animators working on this piece of art plus the actual director is Wes Anderson. feels like he's taking way too much credit for himself, bye

Amazing, the results speak for themselves. The movie is wonderful.
All of this with barely any CGI. What a masterpiece!
"Have you heard the rumor?"
No
Can you remind me?
What happened?
What rumour?
It’s what Jeff Goldblum’s character says in the movie🤙🏾
Very inspiring as I love clay sculpting myself. Maybe now that Canon has mirrorless this would be a great product for future projects

are these original figures on display at a museum? BECAUSE THEY SHOULD BE
That one dislike is from a cat lover
And their 2 friends
Canon can justifiably plug themselves. This movie is artwork and this gentleman is an artist and if Canon helped him accomplish his work, good on em.
Takes me back to, well the Christmas movies that i still have the vhs and dvd set of..... Rudolf the red nosed reindeer.....

This is the second comment on this video so I exist and I’m impressed with making of the characters
Anyone know how many FPS this movie had?
I think it's 24 fps.
24
It's standard 24 FPS X minutes shot , that has been the norm for ever .
I was really hoping this had something to do with the making of the film.
I just watched it and loved it.
A wonderful film.
Good fun and entertaining.
Also it connects with things and conspiracies in our world.
A shame that it wasn't shot in 3D like LAIKA films are.
That sounds like a job right up your alley! Why isn't done yet?

Estere Karklina word. Incredible work but annoying attitude tho
Because it's an ad for Canon?
Because he is the DOP. also I didn't find him arrogant at all
Can I have the dogs
Talks a lot don't he
