I think you should start an online tutorial classes. Choose a plant that are for beginners once a month, then and describe what kind of plant it is, how to water it, what kinds of soil it likes, it’s sun preferences etc. Your viewers then can build their plant collection and feel safe knowing how to care for it. 😊

Hi Krystal, I have NEVER been successful with house plants, I would tell people not to give me plants as it was cruelty to plants but last November my husband got me an orchid, it did not die this intrigued be so I got a spider plant, omg they are still alive and I lost my fear and now have a small collection and then I found you , you are the best thank you for the information and the encouragement

I love your videos so much! Several months ago I saved 2 orchids, one had rotted all the way to the leaves the other just had some root rot that I was able to cut away. The one that was rotted to the leaves only had one tiny root growing. I saw that you propagated one of your orchids so I thought that might be the best case for this little guy. It worked!! New roots have started growing like crazy! I change the water every couple of days to improve its oxygen quality but, you helped me immensely! The other one has a new leaf and a bloom!

I agree...I like your videos with no music. You are quite entertaining enough. 🤗 After binge watching almost all your shorts a few days ago, I got up and correctly repotted almost every plant I own. Yes'm, they were in DIRE need! I found a wee surprise, though. While I love succulents...I'm horrible...wait. I HAVE BEEN horrible at keeping them alive in the past. My very nice aloe vera I'd bought early last summer was dead, I was sure, at the beginning of winter. I put it on a corner shelf, high up and behind some collectible bottles. That meant no water since ... October? November? 🤷🏻♀️ It was in a terra Cotta pot which I wanted for another plant. Took it down and .... 😱 ...there was a baby coming up through the center! I just happened to have a tiny 2" terra cotta pot which is now it's home. I get a second chance! 🎉🎊🎈 You've given me hope, dear Lady! Shoot! I might even be able to keep a holiday cactus alive....with your help, of course. 🙏 Thank you! p.s. ...LOVE the longer videos!

I spray my soil (with or without plants in it) with Raid home and garden for fungus gnats! It works so fast compared to waiting on mosquito dunks etc, I do it at night so that the plants don't get a burn from it from the light. My grandma had a nursery and she used to put soil or plants etc in trash bags spray inside with raid and tie it up overnight. I haven't gone THAT FAR, but it did help prevent the smell if it was done inside! I do spray mine inside but I spray them in a room im not using... YAY BASEMENTS!!!
I’ve been lucky in my journey so far and haven’t smelled THE ROT. I think Monstera, pothos, and some succulents are my favs so far, my Hoya compacta (Hindu rope) I just ordered in from Vancouver for the first time, I’m in love
I definitely enjoy your videos exactly as you're doing them. You don't need flair and fancy music, because plants aren't about all that. Keep doing you. We'll keep tuning in.
Sweetheart you are so honest, human and a joy. We always learn along with you. No music is fine because we can clearly hear you. I too have bins that I mix different potting mixtures in. All depends on the plants. A big win for me this week…I finally got my husband to redo his Strawberry patch and add soil amendments to the clay! We are not sure where that mixture came from but it was so heavy and always retained too much moisture. He screened a tremendous amount of the soil and removed so many rocks and other miscellaneous pieces of who knows what. Then we mixed in some potting soil, sand, perlite, and I threw in some worm castings. I figure they will help aerate the soil like they do in my gardens. We do get a lot of fresh strawberries but this year it will be easier for me to harvest since they will be re-planted with some space in between. We’ll probably have two strawberry patches. I think I want a vertical planter with some. The bottom half will have to be herbs because my German Shorthair Pointer takes the strawberries to eat. The ones he can reach. 🤭 LOVE your channel, the shorts and the voice of experience. Gardening and plant care are fun, frustrating, and gives you a sense of satisfaction when your plants respond favorably under your care. 👍

I actually like the no-music style. The way you talk feels more like a conversation (and I'm latinx too so I love to see the big gestures and all cause Im like that as well 😂). The video quality of your phone seems fine to me! So don't feel rushed to learn how to work the fancier cam. Take your time and make sure you enjoy it! Content creation can become overwhelming real quick.
I really liked no music. It is quite freshing and feels more personal. Sure maybe for certain instances but I actually really enjoyed no music. As another commenter said it makes it feel like we are hanging out and chatting and not watching a youtube video. Really loved this video
Hi Krystal great video. Do not worry you are doing fine. I haven’t tried it yet (New soil so far have been fine) but I know you can cook your soil to sterilize it (kill gnat and the like). The downside is at the same time you kill any good stuff that may be living in the soil.

I work at a Nursery and we recommend Ocean Forest to people all the time for indoor plants. It really is a good soil.

Sweetheart you are so honest, human and a joy. We always learn along with you. No music is fine because we can clearly hear you. I too have bins that I mix different potting mixtures in. All depends on the plants. A big win for me this week…I finally got my husband to redo his Strawberry patch and add soil amendments to the clay! We are not sure where that mixture came from but it was so heavy and always retained too much moisture. He screened a tremendous amount of the soil and removed so many rocks and other miscellaneous pieces of who knows what. Then we mixed in some potting soil, sand, perlite, and I threw in some worm castings. I figure they will help aerate the soil like they do in my gardens. We do get a lot of fresh strawberries but this year it will be easier for me to harvest since they will be re-planted with some space in between. We’ll probably have two strawberry patches. I think I want a vertical planter with some. The bottom half will have to be herbs because my German Shorthair Pointer takes the strawberries to eat. The ones he can reach. 🤭

I love videos like this with no music!!! Lol I like most videos without music. UA-cam is my place to escape, relax, educate myself, have fun etc… The music in most videos sends me into sensory overload 😂. As far as your videos go we love whatever u give us!!!! For someone who has social anxiety you make us feel like we are visiting with friends. Keep up the amazing work u r doing!!!! P.s. I read a comment saying u should do an online plant shop, I have to agree lol

I actually like the no-music style. The way you talk feels more like a conversation (and I'm latinx too so I love to see the big gestures and all cause Im like that as well 😂).
The video quality of your phone seems fine to me! So don't feel rushed to learn how to work the fancier cam. Take your time and make sure you enjoy it! Content creation can become overwhelming real quick.

I really liked no music. It is quite freshing and feels more personal. Sure maybe for certain instances but I actually really enjoyed no music. As another commenter said it makes it feel like we are hanging out and chatting and not watching a youtube video. Really loved this video
Hi Krystal great video. Do not worry you are doing fine. I haven’t tried it yet (New soil so far have been fine) but I know you can cook your soil to sterilize it (kill gnat and the like). The downside is at the same time you kill any good stuff that may be living in the soil.
