Nice Video! My swatch watch crown is stuck, I can not pull as well as wind it . The small button on the top of the crown is stuck too. the time does not work only the small hand watch in bottom of the big time one works, so please help. I went to the repair shop but they unable to do it. Thanks

it can be repaired, disassembled and lubricated. or replace the oil seals. a friend is a complex process.
